What is your nicotine? I switched from pg nic to vg cause the pg nic is a little more throat hit than I like. Also, 20% flavoring is not what you should use for everything and in my opinion almost nothing needs that percentage.

I honestly don't know, it sounds to me like you were on the right track with how that should have worked. What kind of vg base are you using and are you certain its 100% vg base? Also, what percentage nic are you at?

but i am gonna decrase flavoring or im gonna step hem without their caps so flavors can evaporize

i tried my nbase it was %100 vg 3mg nic nbase and it was pretty clear tasting. flavors are too intense and chemicallish

Did you by any chance rely on a 60ml bottle holding exactly 60ml when full as a means of measuring your ingredients? That could explain it, as bottles typically hold more than their nominal volume.
