This thread is for you to share what you are vaping lately, be it your own or another mixers recipe. Maybe you happened to stumble upon your new ADV in the September Recipes Thread? Or did someone recommend your first mix to you in the Suggest a recipe for my flavors Thread
Share what you liked or didn't like too much, but most importantly, please make sure to properly link to the recipe and to the mixer if they're on reddit.
If you need some inspiration, some websites keep track of your mixes and batches: e-Liquid Recipes and All The Flavors.
Also make sure to checkout last week's thread for inspiration or to follow up on a mix that turned out even better after a week of steeping! We keep an archive of all the past threads in our wiki as well
Happy Vaping!
This is good stuff. I wasn’t impressed at first but I am still new with tobaccos. I don’t think I even get Mango from this even though it’s suggested you can totally leave it out. I talked to some guys that say they get green olives from something in there but I don’t. Maybe because mine steeped over 8 weeks
What setup are you using?
I remember on an episode of "Noted", Fear was saying that the Mango flavor in his Abuela recipe disappears after a week. I believe he said he sold the recipe to a commercial company, but had to change the mango in it, but wouldn't/couldn't say what changes he made. I'm like you, tobaccos are kinda iffy to me, but I do love Abuela. I just try to vape what I make in the first week, it does change after a week. Love it. Never got a green olive note from it though.... not that I noticed, anyhoo.
For the first few days I tried this it was straight up FA fuji apple, but after 4 weeks it is straight up what it's supposed to taste. Great flavor.
FW salted caramel 3%
TFA Bavarian cream dx 3%
CAP NY Cheesecake 2%
TFA Cheesecake Graham crust 1%
CAP cereal 27 1%
That looks good, going to mix some of this later. Whats the steep time?
It starts to settle after 72 hours and is definitely vapeable then but really needs a full week for the bavarian cream dx to fully integrate.
Isn't 3% salted caramel to much? I have this flavor, but found it always too strong. Unfortunately the taste of the exhale remembers me of the taste of chicken bouillon.
I would like to push the caramel flavor if there is any at all.
I had some flavors collecting dust, so I made this up and its a rare experimental success, didn't need to modify it at all:
TFA Orange Cream - 3%
TFA Cantaloupe - 2%
TFA Cream Soda - 5%
TFA Marshmallow - 1%
TFA Sour - 1%
I just finished my sft of TFA cantaloupe and was wondering where to go next then saw your mix, thanks. Here is my take on it, had to sub a couple and didn't have the sour:
Pineapple Clock 86 Sour
CAP orange creamsicle 3%
TFA cantaloupe 2%
VT creaming soda 3%
FLV marshmallow 1%
1.00% Forest Fruit (Forest Mix) (FA)
1.00% Hard Candy (FW)
10.00% Sour Blue Raspberry Candy (WF)
Was burned out on bakery stuff so mixed this up. I've also tried it at 10% forest fruit with the blue at 1% or with strawberry taffy at 1%.
I usually toss a few drops of super sweet in too.
Cola Flavor... Substitute 0.65% CAP Supersweet for TPA Sweetener and 0.95% RF Soda Base for TPA Champagne if you want a diet cola.
| Flavor | Mfr | % | |----------------|-----|-------| | Black Cherry | TPA | 2.8% | | Champagne | TPA | 0.65% | | Cola | FA | 3.15% | | Cola Syrup | TPA | 3.15% | | Dulce de Leche | TPA | 0.3% | | Sweetener | TPA | 0.95% | | Vanilla Swirl | TPA | 0.65% | | WS-23 | | 1.85% |
TPA Strawberry Ripe 6%
TPA Pomegranate 3%
FA Lemon Sicily 2%
TPA Marshmallow 3% (got no Sweetener)
TPA Koolada ~0.75%
If I put the time in to mix it means I got nothing left so I usually go for an easy fruity stuff with what I got. Usually works pretty well.
my best mix to date (still new) steep time best after 3-5 days but I’m impatient. Just vaping on a falcon king 0.15ohm stock coil at 50w
Blackberry blossom FLV 0.4%
Honeydew FLV 1.6%
Melon Rind FLV 0.4%
Pear FLV 0.6%
Honeydew II TPA 1.7%
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream TPA 2.3%
Sucralose CAP 1.9%
Cantaloupe FLV 1.9%
I really need to start mixing my own flavors...
Currently vaping blue lush - chefs vapours (one shot)
And three flavors that I got as samples from an order I did ages ago. Decided to try them for fun and they are absolutely delicious. Esp the sweet banana flavor. I feel there are too few banana flavors being sold as liquids or one shots. I'm not a big fan of bananas in real life.but man they rock as a vape.
I want to mix my own flavors, simple fruit / candy with a slight sweetness. But I'm worried about the sweetener. I got capella super sweet laying around which I tried to use to enhance flavors but I hated it. I want whatever sweetener chefs is using in their blue lush. It's nice.and sweet but it doesn't gunk up my coils. Using the profile RDA I legit once vaped over 6 weeks on the same cotton and mesh and it looked brand new in the end. I only changed it because the cotton started to collapse and it just felt weird that I hadn't changed my cotton in 6 weeks lol
This might help you, DIYORDIE- Noted: Ep. 48 - Sweeteners https://youtu.be/PCrsvNVaTXM
Reading the comments on this video, I realized I have the opposite problem of the commenter who's struggling to like DIY, because I never vaped commercial juices. So for me, every commercial juice I try tastes like the flavor is muted with fake sugar.
I'm finishing up a bottle of Viserion this morning and when it's done I have a root beer float that should be done steeping,
I wonder if Vape wild will share their recipes now that they're done. Their Reddit account gave me feedback on trying out a [blue harvest](https://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/1303045](https://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/1303045) clone I'd found
