I use Bull City Flavors for everything! I received my last order in just over 24 hours. I use River or LNW for nic, but I have so much in storage, I don't order it regularly.
Is bull city cheapest for flavoring? Or is it their customer service and selection?
I second u/2boysmama135. Between Bull City and River, you should be set.
I used to use EcigExpress, but haven't used them since they changed their name to FlavorJungle. Nothing against the changes (they may even be better, IDK) it's just that's when I discovered Bull City Flavors.
They have (had) a better selection for me. I used to have to use EcigExpress, GremlinDIY (now Gremberry Farms), and sometimes a random site to get the flavors that I wanted, which wasn't extensive. I was just starting out. BullCityFlavors has almost everything that I've wanted, but have had to jump over to Flavorah's site a couple times.
I can't say the best place for nicotine solution. I bought mine from EcigExpress back in October, and haven't had to get more since.
Pretty much what everyone else said. Take a look at each of their websites. Figure out what it is that you are looking for and which site has it and order from them. I typically use River for most of my supplies but have ordered from bull and ecigexpress for sales on occasion.
Of the vendors that carry nicotine, River Supply has the largest selection of flavors. So if you're literally looking to get everything from a single vendor, that would have to be your answer.
They're a good choice for your first order, but over time you will inevitably find yourself needing flavors they don't carry. In particular, their selection of FLV flavors is quite limited. Bull City carries most of the rest, or you can order directly from Flavorah (which will be your best option for larger bottles of FLV flavors in any case.)
I would recommend Drip Hacks to any Europeans. Based in the UK, cheap, but great tasting concentrates.
Seems like what they offer on Drip Hacks is basically one shots. Almost every concentrate is a "mix at 20%". While one shots are fine for those who want them, they aren't the place to recommend for people looking for flavor concentrates to make juices from recipes.
