Authentic tobacco mix?
submitted about 5 years ago by lazyrabbit94

I’ve been mixing up all these juices that taste like cheesecake and peaches and birthday cakes but I just picked up a MTL RTA and would really like to find a nice tobacco recipe to get into this thing. I’m trying to avoid trial and error so what I’ve come to ask is if anybody has a good recipe they can share?

Edit: Would also appreciate some direction on what recipe site to use

Edit: I got a few flavours to add to my order and I’ll mix a few of these up. Thanks everybody.

Yeah it does look good. Maybe a little on the lighter side compared to the casino night I've been vaping but more full bodied than the straight stixx mixx

This has been my ADV since they sold cigalikes in the mall. lol

FlavourArt Shade Tobacco 4.13%

FlavourArt Arctic Winter (Menthol) 5.31%

TFA Horehound 1.77%

PG30% VG70%

I tried to replicate this store sold juice recipe for years and always failed till I found the horehound "secret." If you liked a "menthol" then this in my opinion is a great one. It can be shake and vape but it matures in about 2 weeks. Good luck

Dang I don’t like menthol that much but I might give it a shot, thanks.

This looks interesting. I'm guessing the Arctic Winter balances out and doesn't hijack the mix?

In the beginning its definitely more pronounced but after about 2 weeks it all blends nicely and tones down.

Hey man, thanks again for this recipe. I subbed the Arctic Winter out with 0.5% WS-23 instead. Intense AF with my current MTL favourites (415 and Patibulum clones).

https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/47894#abuela_by_fear This is good But I do find the mango rather strong. Have done a sub out and used Sweet Fig (FLV) same %

This is exactly the kind of shit I like to vape. Thank you.

Ps. My usual vendors in the UK don't seem to stock FA Walnut anymore, so I had to go with WF SC Walnut. Anyone have any suggestions on percentages? I wonder if I'll have to up it a bit.

The point is to have a real tobacco mix, not custards, cheesecakes, fruits and things, like a pipe or a cigar.

My suggestion is to look for NETs, Stixx Mixx, or La Tabaccheria if you can find them, or whatever NET you're able to get your hands on.

Beyond that, the go to, for me ,would be Inawera's absolutes like Garuda and similars or Flavorah's red Burley, KY, VA coupled with sweet and smokey.

FA's are easy to find and good to mix with and are good fillers, but don't expect much from them, e.g. Maxx Blend, Perique or Latakia

Additives: get FA Black Fire, INW DNB and TPA's Red Oak to add the smokey or ashy part, Oak Barrel from FLV for the barrique, consider Jamaican rum and whisky are also a must have.

I have a few recipes on ELR but mostly made with NETs

I totally agree, there are great tobacco type flavours like e.g. INW Black for Pipe, but none reaches the authenticity of a NET extracted from actual tobacco leaves. Yes, NETs gunk coils like no sucralose could ever do, but especially for complex flavours like e.g. Latakia, nothing artificial comes even close.

In addition to Stixx or La Tabbaccheria, I'd recommend Simply Leaf (by Juice Cabin in the UK)

Check out Fear on ATF, he’s kind of a tobacco guru and does a good job explaining his profiles plus what each flavors brings to the table

Fear on ATF - Recipes

Two of his most popular are Abuelaand Cardinal. I really enjoy Prapple Baco
