Kind of an obscure question, but

I ordered from LNW for the first time the other day, and I did it before making an account with them. When I try to check my order status it says that I haven’t placed any orders, because my account was made after ordering I guess as a guest.

I emailed them and they said that it will ship out but won’t show up on my account, so I guess I’m out of luck with tracking. Has anyone had this experience before? Are they generally pretty good with shipping? They got back to me pretty quickly customer service wise

Same. 2 gallons on ice atm. I’m likely buying a second freezer to pick up 4 more. I’ve tried most companies and they’re reasonably priced and I’ve never had issues in the last year of using them.

You should still get an email with shipping info if ordering as a guest.

I got an email which was pretty much an invoice, but when I click “check order status” in that email, it takes me to my account and in my account it says no orders placed. I guess cuz I didn’t make the order through my account. Maybe they’ll send an email with tracking info when it goes out

That's usually how it works. One email for order confirmation. Second email after a tracking code is obtained. I wouldn't worry unless you don't get a shipping confirmation in the next day or two.

That's more or less SOP with any company that you purchase from as a 'guest' versus thru your account for tracking purposes.

Nude Nicotine, Element Vape, E-Juice Direct, and some other vendors I've ordered from in the past do this.

As in in a PG or VG base? I've used Wizard Labs a lot back in the day when I was making my own juice. Never looked for pure nic. It was always in some sort of suspension.

I ordered a liter notified it was shipped Fri at 5:30pm arrived Tues 8// at noon USPS i am in California, Very pleased with them.

I also order from them, I wouldn't worry. It's usually 7-10 days to Ohio after I place my order. I have a gallon of 100mg nicotine in my cart now for fear of this ban/tax that's coming. Mfers...

Never had a problem with them. One time they had to contact me about being out of some bottles I ordered and their support email went to my spam folder. Not their fault in any way. I doubt there will be an issue with your order, but maybe check your spam if it seems to be running late.

Still needed to use a valid email for guest account.

That's where the receipt and tracking is sent.
