I live in NY so a lot is banned already. I'm trying to stock up on some nic but I'm not too sure how much to stock up. I normally vape 12-15mg freebase max vg juices, and I go through about 30ml of juice in about a month. I see some people stocking up a liter of 100mg nic base, but I'm doubting I will be able to go through that much for years, and by that time a lot would go to waste even if I store it in the freezer.
Is nic base the main thing I should be stocking up on, or are flavorings going to receive a ban too?

I would be mainly worried about stocking up on nicotine. Vegetable glycerin and propylene glycol and flavorings are used for a wide variety of application such as food service , make up and such so they really cant ban that stuff without a shitshow but nicotine they can and will probably tax the fuck out of ... Stocked up on freemax and falcon coils and bought a shit ton of pre made coils from adv and badazd coils . Bought packs of organic cotton sheets . Its just a jk that we even have to worrie about this . I just hope everybody from ny remembers this come nov at election time and vote this scumbag out .

Are you sure about your 30ml a month? That seems very little to me. If you are max vg, then i don't suppose you're a MTLer. When you are a RDL or DL vaper 30 ml will last you 2-3 days max. On the other hand 12-15 mg is the nic for mtl so i don't really get your style of vaping. But even for a mtler, 30 ml is not a lot.
I vape MTL only. I only crave the occasional couple hits with a solid TH, so sometimes a 2ml tank lasts me 4 days. Plus there are plenty of days where I don't vape at all. The max vg juices I've bought are probably closer to 80vg/20pg, and it seems to work fine in my Glaz Mini RTA.
So in that case, buy a couple of liters or a gallon of 12mg nicotine base. You're ok for 10 years. Put it in the freezer in brown glass bottles.

I order nic from riversupplyco.com and freeze it. Many say to transfer the nicotine to glass and freeze it, but I never had problems with many year old nicotine from them that has been stored in the plastic jug they supply. Also, the jugs are argon gas charged and sealed, then put in a heavy plastic bag that's tightly zip-tied. I believe it's better to keep it in the sealed, argon filled, and bagged/zip-tied package and put it right into the freezer. Open them one at a time, fill up a smaller bottle that will last a month or so (I use a 30ml) and put it right back into the freezer. Get it in 100% PG base, and although thick straight out of the freezer, it's slowly able to be funneled into the smaller bottle and put straight back into the freezer. It's a little thicker than maple syrup. If it were in a VG base or 50/50 it would be too thick to do this. I wouldn't doubt that this nic would last 10+ years without any problem. I have 4 - 1 liter jugs in the freeze and every time I make an order I add another liter to the order to "stockpile" a reserve. I'm currently ordering their "Smooth Salt Nic" 100mg/ml nicotine. I DIY and always prefer salt nicotine as it is nearly flavorless and yes, you can make 3mg/ml salt nic mixes. I wish they had the 1000mg/ml in salt nic, but they only have this super high concentration in regular nic. Now granted, 1000mg/ml base is "EXTREMELY DANGEROUS" if mishandled or if there's a chance a child or pet may come into contact with it, and they make it somewhat difficult to order because of this.... but it would make it easy to store a lot of nicotine in a very small amount of solution. Just think, a liter of 1000mg/ml nic would make 10 liters of 100mg/ml of solution. Then, if you use this super high concentration, my recommendation is to glove up and carefully use this to make a liter of 100mg/ml (10% dilution) in PG and use that to mix. Treat 1000mg/ml nicotine like superman would treat kryptonite. Never use this straight to DIY, always dilute it! If you have children, never store any nicotine of any concentration in your food refrigerator and I recommend a separate freezer to store your nicotine.....which wouldn't be a bad idea as refrigerator freezers are a 0 degrees F, but you can get a deep freezer that can go as low as -20F, put a lock on it, and keep it safe and fresh for even longer. You don't need to fear 100mg/ml nic and don't need gloves to mix with it (if your a messy person and/or spill it on your skin, just wash it well with water... but 1000mg/ml is potentially very dangerous to any life. Even at 100mg/ml, keep the small bottle you keep out to mix with locked up secure somehow if you have children... flavors you can keep out ASAIK as I don't believe they can cause serious harm....although a good squirt of Koolada or WS-23 in anyone's mouth can have a serious reaction.
It’s a damn shame this is happening man. It’s disheartening. Cuomo is the biggest POS. That guy makes my blood boil. I moved from NY to CT a year ago. I’m sure CT will be doing the same eventually. I think a lot of places have stopped shipping so order what you can today.
15mg x 30ml x 12 months = what you'll need for a year. A 1 litre bottle @ 100mg/ml contains 100,000 mg nicotine (1000 ml x 100 mg = 100,000 mg total). Or more simply, 100 grams (100,000 mg ÷ 1000 ml) of total nicotine.
If your state has banned nicotine, both for sale and shipping perhaps a train ride to somewhere that will do over the counter sales may assist. Either that or China as some other people here have suggested.

Carl, don‘t forget the PMTA, which will be enforced in September, taking all mods, pods, rdas, rtas, stock coils, etc. off of the US market.
Is there anywhere that lists what exactly passed PMTA? It seems ridiculous to be taking everything off the market. It doesn't affect people that already own these devices? What would be next? A ban on public vaping using non-approved devices?

I live in New York State..the ban covers flavored e-juice.As I understand it no ban on tobacco flavored and flavorless e-juice and will be allowed to have nicotine in those two examples only.So if someone bought flavorless and figured out how to flavor it.....
