I've been working on a sweet tea flavor myself. I have TPA sweet tea, FLV green tea, and whatever fruit I throw on there. I've used CAP juicy lemon, TPA juicy peach, and TPA raspberry sweet.

The sweet tea is a bit weak, so I think I have that sitting around like 8% but it may get adjusted ±2% by the end. I don't know how TO A green tea is, but FLV green tea is quite strong (like most of their flavors) and really doesn't need to be any higher than 1%. It gives a good authentic tea flavor to back up TPA sweet tea.

The downside to FLV green tea (that hopefully you won't find with TPA green tea) is that though it's a delicious part of the recipe, the cloud that it produces smells like a cloud of urine at 1%. I've been able to lower it down to 0.25% to still back up the sweet tea, but to keep the vape cloud less urine-y.

I'd give you better numbers, but it's still a work in progress. This is what I figured out so far.

Thanks for your answer Lwn3. I will report my findings and I hope we can get that right.

The main reason for making my self is that my favourite ice tea juice „radioactea“ contains a-pines and b-pines which even could lead to brain damage.

The reason I went to make my own (though I'm kinda new) is that there wasn't many recipes that tickled my fancy. Most were more complex than I prefer or have a cooling agent (I don't have any). I just wanted a simple 3 ingredient, easy on the coils recipe.

The Flavor West Natural fruit flavors contain fructose and are on the Avoid list. For more info check out Flavor Safety in the About section.

Wow thanks for that info. Should I not vape that? I just checked https://e-liquid-recipes.com/flavors/warnlist?q=Fw&sort=name&direction=asc&page before ordering and thought if the flavor is not on this list its ok :(

Can I make limonade with the flavour? Instead of vaping 😂

I've never looked at the flavor warnings over on ELR, so I don't know what kind of info that they have. But I do know that u/TeslaDelMar has put in a ton of work compiling the Flavor Safety Compendium, so I would assume that it is much more comprehensive. I personally would not use that flavor for vaping, but it is certainly safe to eat/drink.

I would definitely give a combo of FLV Green Tea & Eisai Tea a try. Black Tea is also a really solid choice. Where in Europe are you located and where do you typically like to buy?

Here are a couple reviews of the Teas from FLV. They released the after a lot of the others and did a good job for the most part:

Concrete River - FLV Lemon Tea

Concrete River - FLV Eisai Tea

Concrete River - FLV Black Tea

Concrete River - Green Tea

Here is the Noted Show they just did on Tea flavors like a month ago, if you check the comments you will see each flavor has a time stamp from a bunch of flavor houses

> help in mixing a nice lemon ice tea > 8% menthol

All of the good tea flavors are fairly light and floral, and probably won't come through very well with that much menthol added. FA Black Tea might work with a more reasonable level of Polar Blast, though.

Read the recent FOTW thread on tea flavors: https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/gvagbo/hello_all_you_brewteafull_people_its_time_to_get/

Hey mkweise

I bought the Polar blast and the koolada exactly for that purpose. I am not sure which cooler to add but I buyed them for getting a new mix.

That ice tea sure dont need to be 8% menthol. Its just the right amount for MTL to get pure base cold.
