Testing: Medicine Flower Rose standalone, 100VG at 0.5, 1% and 1.5%.
Setup: Entheon clone with wasp nano cap, 30G SS 304, 6 wraps, cotton wick.
Flavor description: Accurate. It's like I'm vaping rose petals.
At 0.5% it's mild. Think water with hints of rose.
At 1% it's very enjoyable. Very accurate rose petal flavor.
At 1.5 % it starts getting a touch perfume/potpourri like.
Off flavors: No real off flavors here. Just a little bit of perfume/potpourri like flavor at 1.5%. Slightly noticeable, but not horrible.
Throat hit: Non existent.
Pairings: This has a lot of potential as an accent flavoring. Definitely with teas, tobaccos, bakeries, fruits and candies. I imagine it working with creams and yogurts too.
Conclusion: It's a really good rose flavor. Don't know if I'd want to go above 1.5%, it might become overwhelmingly perfume like. Curious to see how it steeps. Tossed 0.5% in my baklava recipe and it came out nice. I'm looking forward to mixing it with the pairings I mentioned.
Second opinions: No notes on ELR or ATF.
Ingredients: Biobased vegetable derived PG, natural rose flavor.
Premium indeed. I've been tempted to try this, but the price seemed a bit excessive ($24 for 15ml.)
$19, but yeah I get it. Had read some threads from years ago. Decided to give them a try.

I love this flavor/brand and plan to make a purchase again from them soon. Anyone tried MF Coconut or Butterscotch? I have also used the following MF flavors if anyone wants to trade a bit of tasting notes: Green Apple, Black Cherry, White Chocolate, Grapefruit, Mango.
Post them as separate flavor reviews so everyone benefits.
I'm going to be compiling notes on Root Beer, Guava, Cinnamon, Coffee and Dark Chocolate over the next week or so.
I am a big fan of MF Rose in the previous flavor line, and I would use it to similar effect to what you stated: 1% is a sweet spot for MF extracts in general and I thought it was still a wonderful flavor up to 2% but most often I liked to use 0.5% to add a bit of depth to the other fruit flavors such as Mango. I didn't ever notice any change in flavor from time steeping.
