How to get nicotine salts to mix for diy in hawaii

Like the title says I recently moved to Hawaii and started to mix again. I went to try to buy bulk nicotine from my favorite vendors and I was denied due to my address. Is there any wholesalers from Hawaii or anywhere I can buy to get it shipped here ? Sorry new to living here and didnt know this would be a issue. Thanks in advance

I believe the restriction for you is that 100mg/ml is considered hazmat and thus too spicy to ship by air.

You could try placing an order for 48mg/ml (should be allowed by the air regulations) and see if it goes through.

Washington had a flavor ban back in either September or October. Gremlin and ECX both quit selling nic at that time.
