Menthol for pure VG?

I quit nicotine juice as of yesterday. I plan to pick up some pure VG but wanted to ask how I can get some menthol to it for the throat hit?

I can't order online as nobody will ship to NY. Anything I can get locally?

Menthol is available from any diy store. Use Bull City.

If I got menthol from Bull City, it doesn't say how much to add to juice. Gonna mix up 60ml bottles of pure VG and not sure how much menthol goes in it.

It depends on what you get and how much you want. Get FW Menthol. You'd have to experiment. Start at 0.5%

If all else fails, USP grade menthol crystals can also be found on Amazon. Be careful not to buy anything that doesn't say "USP grade" though.

Menthol is not soluble in VG. You will need at least some PG to dissolve the menthol in before mixing the menthol/PG solution with your VG.

If you’re looking for throat hit, I wouldn‘t go 100% VG. PG is responsible for the throat hit. You can also try adding FlavourArt‘s (FA) Flash, an additive that adds throat hit to a mix. It is suggested to start by adding 1-2%, if that’s not enough to increase in 0.5% steps, but not exceed 4-5%.

I just ordered some 30/70 PG/VG and peppermint/menthol additive from LNW. Should hold me over for a bit.

Amazon - menthol crystals, dilute in PG. will add suck a small amount to I don’t think you’ll notice.

Yeah. Menthol cooling is not going to add much TH, but it'll make the experience enjoyable at least.

Buy menthol crystals thats what i use. Grind to powder with pestle and mortar add to juice, you may have a hard time dissolving in just vg, some heat may help.

You have to dilute the crystals in PG.
