Hey all, this is my first time posting a recipe somewhere other than the monthly/weekly threads. I’ve only been mixing around a year, so I’ve had lots of failed attempts and lots of mediocre mixes. However, I have finally created a mango raspberry mix that I think is really worth sharing. I’ve named it Delicious! as that is what first comes to mind when I vape it. it isn’t anything new or special, but I think I nailed the flavor profile. I really hope you all like it too! It is refreshing and sweet.
INW Raspberry 1.25%. This is really the star of the show here. The candy raspberry flavor cuts through all of the other flavors but isn’t overpowering. 1.5% was just a tad too strong.
TPA Raspberry Sweet 1.5%. This raspberry fills out INW’s perfectly. At 1.5%, I still get all of the good notes of INW as well as a lot of deeper raspberry tones from the TFA.
CAP Sweet Mango 4%. This is my go to mango for most mixes. It is naturally sweet, juicy, and easy to vape. No off notes even at high percentage. 4% was the sweet spot I found here. Any higher would dilute the raspberry flavors too much.
WFSC Island Mango 3% (contains sucralose) and INW Shisha Mango 0.5%. These two flesh out the CAP Sweet Mango perfectly. For a mango primary recipe, these three are my Trinity. INW has a really strong ammonia taste at anything above 1%, but at .5% it adds a natural flavor. Island Mango bridges the gap between CAP’s candyish mango and INWs overly realistic mango to make a great mix.
I top this mix off with 0.25% INW cactus and a bit of super sweet (0-.5%) to blend everything together. To be honest, you probably don’t need any sweetener. My wife just enjoys it most with a few drops.
INW Raspberry 1.25%
TPA Raspberry Sweet 1.5%
CAP Sweet Mango 4%
WFSC Island Mango 3%
INW Shisha Mango 0.5%
INW Cactus 0.25%
CAP Super Sweet to taste (if needed)
That does indeed sound delicious! Would love to try it, but the WFSC mango unfortunately contain sucralose, so it's on my avoid list. Reckon I could sub it for another mango?
Edit: Eh, downvoted?! Anyone care to explain why? I'm surely not the only one who avoids sucralose here? O.o
You could leave it out, but I don’t really have any suggestions for replacing it. All the other mangos I’ve tried just haven’t quite fit the way it does. That being said, it is a fairly light flavor.
I have INW Mango and MB Tropical Mango, don't think either would be considered light but might give it a shot.
I've cut pretty much all artificial sweeteners from my diet and vape juice after researching it. Apparently people here don't approve :p Anyway, you may want to update your post to point out the presence of it tho, as I'm certain I'm not alone in it and I was seconds away from ordering that WFSC flavor a week ago. https://safety.diyejuice.org/flavor/wf-island-mango
I'm naive (well, dumb) and don't really bother reading anything to do with e-liquid harm studies, because I understand that the majority of them are inconclusive or misleading in such early stages of vaping, but since I still use sucralose in all my e-liquids I decided to do a bit of googling...

I think I'm going to cut way down on sucralose (0.25% from 0.5%, not much, but that's halving my theorized chlorinated chemical intake over a lifetime). I've had respiratory issues lately anyway so it can't harm, only help.
thank god I DIY bc I could never ever see 4% sucralose e-juices with that foul black buildup on coils being healthy in any way
Received my missing mangos today and just mixed this up, subbed the WF Island Mango for some CAP Tangy Orange and a little MB Tropical Mango :) Smells delicious!
I highly recommend trying Reka sexy mango if you haven't
it's the best mango I have ever tried also the main ingredient in cushman by nasty juice
Thank you! I haven’t tried that mango yet. Definitely adding it to my next order though. Looks like I can get it from Chefs flavors.
pick up sparkling mango, and maybe sparkling orange, while you're at it.
sparkling mango is a fairly well rounded mango nectar; albeit a bit thin. but that thinness is easily combated by simply pairing it with flv mango. I love love love pairing them with cap yellow peach + a soda base (I use vt fizzy sherbet & flv citrus soda, I think it's called, I can't log into ELR to check >_<)

sparkling orange is a great artificial orange soda type taste. like the sparkling mango, it's a bit thin, but easily repaired with something like fa tanger. I'd love to see what competent mixers (so, not me, I suck) could come up with, with all these recka concentrates, since there's nothing comparable to them in the uk/usa
I have the VT fizzy sherbet and FLV Citrus Soda in my cart already cause I want to try a couple soda recipes like Yoda Soda, so I’ll throw in those mangos too. Each mango I have tried does something really well but also has issues, so mixing them always provides the best results for me.
sounds.... delicious!
but I find INW Raspberry overpowers EVERY mixture I use it with... I'm still going to go mix this up in a bit, but am I the only one that finds INW Raspberry raspberry to be the most overpowering POS ever? /crosses fingers that I'm wrong and this is tasty
Hey Man! I’d really really appreciate any feedback you have. I know all of 3 people who vape, and I’m the only one who really pays attention to flavor. So any feedback you’d have here would be soooo great.
INW Raspberry at 1.25% is way overpowering. It's a great raspberry but personally I never take it over 0.75% espessially if you want to have another raspberry piggy back like TFA Raspberry Sweet
Mango looks good though !
If you mix it up at .75, let me know how it is! I’m a little deaf to raspberry as a flavor, so I’m really looking for feedback here. I’ll mix up a batch at .75 too and see how it is once I get my next batch of nic. What setup do you use too? I’m mostly vaping exclusively on a hugsvape Lotus nowadays.
Looks great. I use the same raspberry combination but for the mango I use capella and TFA mango in a 2 to 3 ratio.
Capello's mango is excellent but has a bit too much of the 'just under the rind' taste for me, a slight 'pine-y' taste.
coincidentally, raspberry and mango are two of my favorite flavors but, for some reason, I've never tried putting them together. Thank you.
