First I want to thank the sub for all the help it has been to me in making the dive into diy. I mixed up a recipe someone here recommend to me "The Ringer" peach rings (https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/68857#the_ringer_by_mrburgundy)
0.5% Dragonfruit (TFA)
3% Peach Gummy (FLV)
1% Peach White (FA)
1% Vanilla Swirl (TFA)
0.25% Super Sweet (CAP)
I used a premixed 80/20 3mg from LNW for my base (have it for when I'm feeling lazy and the flavor is never off when I've used it for previous mixes)
The flavor is spot on peach rings but I feel over all it's not as strong as I would like, the flavor is there it just feels week, it tastes most like when I was trying to conserve and mixed a one shot at half what it recommend. I just feel like it lacks that "mouth full of flavor" punch.
Could I simply bump the recipe by 50% or maybe double it? Would that do anything to help or should I try adding another peach to round out the flavor? (I've read matching TFA Juicy Peach to the peach white is a good combination)
Any help is much appreciated 🙏 also shoot me your favorite peach recipe, I love trying new things!
UPDATE: Ended up bumping peach white to 1.5% and the cap ss to 0.5% made it alot sweeter and alot more juicy wet on the mouth feel 👍 I would say that solved my issue, I will probably fill out the peach to give it more depth, and possibly adding some marshmallow for a little thicker mouth feel. THANK YOU TO ANYBODY WHO HELPED
maybe add a little FA Apricot to enhance the peach and a little FA Marshmallow for the mouth feel?
I was thinking of adding some marshmallow as well, as for the apricot, I don't have FA I have TFA, is there a large difference between the two?
This is Emily's peach trinity

FA Apricot 3%
JF Honey Peach 2%
TFA Nectarine 1%
The ringer is such a good recipe. So is his ‘Toasted’.
I felt the same as you after mixing. I brought the SS up to .50% and the peach white up .50%. It helped in my case. I think what happens initially, is the FLV peach gummy is so accurate to a dry peach gummy, that the dryness over takes a lot of the recipe. In a good sort of way tho. But for some people, like me, I need that juicy, in your face flavor. So the FLV almost dumbing it down, kinda needs to be countered. I will probably cut FLV down .50% next time I mix it.
Oh that makes so much sense I can taste the "dry" that youre talking about, and I am one of those people that need the juicy in your face flavor as well 👌 I'll try bumping those two up and dropping the gummy down. 🙏
Yea man, I’d recommend using a 10ml or so and just try messing with the %s of different things, since it’s the same flavor, you can just mix 5mls, try it and mix it up again in the same bottle a different way.
If anything I would cut down on the Vanilla Swirl. Both those peaches have strong high notes. Only way that's not coming through strong is either the EM in the Vanilla Swirl or gear.
Gear is spot on, but I will mess with the vanilla swirl in the future. Thank you 🙏
Or maybe take FLV Peach Gummy back down to 2% like it was originally. I have a creative streak a mile wide so I don't get to mix other peoples stuff. But I know for a fact motherfuckin' Burgundy ain't no slouch. There's only a small handful of mixers I'd trust not to fuck the pony and he's one of them. Good luck man!
