I've been lurking here for coming up for 2 years, drinking up the experience and tips of those much more experienced than me. I've tried a number of recipes posted here (especially my ADV - a Heisenburg clone stolen from https://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/3061163? ) but have stuck to mainly fruit/methol combinations. I've also learnt that I am not the only person who cannot taste Strawberry, which was reassuring.
Finally decided to strike out into trying some different flavour profiles, and have now made a basic Banana Custard that I am actually quite pleased with: https://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/3590378/1-2-3-4%20Banana%20Custard
So far, I have tried this on an RDA ( Wotofo Profile 1.5 Mesh RDA) at 54W and whilst the flavour is not overpowering, I find the banana comes to the fore, with a nice smooth custard backing to it. I'm looking forward to seeing how it matured with steeping.
It is not the most sophisticated of recipes, but I thought that it was about time that I gave something back to this community after all of this time. Thank you all for your advice and help over the past few years.

You should try vt banana custard instead of banana cream if you can get it looks good though
Cheers. Will add that to my shopping list and give that a whirl.
VT Banana Custard is be all end all of bananas. trust.
So I have now tried substituting the TPA Banana Cream above with VT Banana Custard (still at 4.0%) and the result is a smoother vape, slightly reminiscent of a milkshake. The banana flavour is softer and slightly sweeter. Thanks for the suggestion - this is a keeper!
Maybe mb soft banana as well but if you like banana cream then don't listen to me 😉
This is my first banana recipe, so appreciate the different flavour options.
Always cool to see the lurkers come out of the shadows with testimonials of what they've learned and experienced here.
You've got the Monthly thread or the What are you vaping thread to choose from when it comes to sharing recipes without, as the rule says, significant development notes.
Please post this recipe in the monthly thread, as well, for posterity. Thanks.
