River Supply is my only source for DIY materials I need. Never had any issue ever. Prices are cheap and fair. Selection is great and no complaints regarding shipping or packaging.

Prices are probably the best since their small bottles are 15ml. Their LDPE bottles and glass is not the best but it's not bad either. 1 gal of VG they have the best price
Selection is probably the best. They don't carry everything but they got the most flavor houses complete line and always in stock.
Shipping Time has always been good for me. 1 to 3 days. They had a hard time last year december time but I blame the virus.
Customer Service is good. Haven't needed a reason to complain yet though, so. But they usually get back to you in a few hours.

Packaging is perfect but not any better than competing vendors

In response to the customer services above, I had tons of problems with the age checker thing they started using as I don't have a SN securities number. They responded quickly but then they wanted like two pictures but my ID in Japan year born is 昭和50年. I forget what happened but they cancelled my order and said try again. I had to build my big ass cart all over again but when I checked out there was no age checker ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I've ordered from this vendor numerous times and I'm very pleased with their selection, pricing, and customer service. When there isn't an ongoing sale, the shipping time has been satisfactory. On the downside, I've had difficulty receiving the correct order on the first attempt. Without exaggeration, over half of my orders have been botched. Thankfully, their customer service has always made things right.

They opened up a few days earlier than their original target date for anyone wondering. I placed an order Friday, should be here any day now. It’s been held up a bit but not their problem.

They have the absolute best deals on bottles IMO. I use The River exclusively for all of my VG/PG and bottles. Once in a while I’ll throw in a few flavorings if I forget something from BCF. Everything always comes packaged wonderfully and they are quick to reply to emails with detailed information on whatever I ask. Out of maybe 5 places, I prefer their VG/PG the most. Quality and price wise you can’t beat it. The Nic is also great, but the last couple batches weren’t as clear as the earlier batches, so I switched to CNT. All in all I highly recommend The River.

Edit: Wanted to come back and say that, my order had been stuck in Thousand Oaks, CA for 5 days. I emailed the River and thy replied same day. They told me that, it has been something they have seen happen before. They told me that they were going to called FedEx and take care of it. Well I got new tracking that same day and I received my package 3 days after that. Amazing customer service. Between the River and Bullcity, we really are spoiled.

Nic River or River Supply has been a reliable source of nic since I began DIY about 5 years ago. Even their least expensive nic is very good. Free shipping at $50 is a huge plus. They have a great selection of flavors, but they don't have everything. Price is usually right around BCF's. Shipping time is usually very reasonable with most orders shipping next day. I'd expected some delay given their recent re-opening, but I placed and order on Friday and I received shipping notification this (Monday) morning.

Cheapest source of nicotine, VG and PG (LNW has the same net prices, but does not offer free shipping while RSC does)
Impressive selection of flavors for a one-stop vendor
Free shipping on $50+
Friendly and responsive customer service
Unfortunately, they ship FedEx Ground, which I've had a terrible experience with
Slow turnaround--typically 2 weeks from order to receipt (US East coast)

I use River Supply simply for PG, VG and nic. I’ve gotten flavors from them but their selection is missing some of my essentials so I stick with bull city most of the time. Prices are fair, shipping is a tad slower than bull city or ecig express but no complaints considering I buy 2.5 gallon jugs at a time and 500ml bottles of 100mg Nic. I have no experience with customer service because I’ve well, never needed it.

Really, all in all, no complaints.
