What can I say that others haven't already? Easily my favorite vendor, if only they had nicotine and a wider selection I would LOVE to not have to ever be forced to buy anything from anyone else ever again, other than the few things only Chef's Flavours has.

Great prices. Shipping so ridiculously fast I think they might be prescient or at least grabbing things I put in my basket off the shelves before I even check out. Really seem to care about the DIY community.

Best, absolutely the best, thing about them: They have never messed anything up. I'm all for vendors making it right when they make a mistake and happy to give them credit when they do, but here's one I order from at least once a month and they have never made a mistake. Never. Not one item left out, not one leaky bottle. Bull City, I fucking love you for that.

Hell, they've even fixed mistakes I've made, when I've checked out and suddenly realized I forgot something and needed to go back and make another order, which has happened more times than I'm going to admit here. I'll get an email from them saying they combined my two orders and are giving me what I would have saved in shipping back in store credit. I haven't asked them to do that, I would have been to embarrassed to call and ask them to do that. They've just done it. I wish I could move to NC and beg the owner to hire me for some position, any of them really, just to be able to say I work for a business that treats customers this well.

Bull City is my favorite vendor. Not selling nicotine isn’t an issue for me as I get it from nicotine exclusive suppliers. They always ship quickly, even in these days of corona. The prices are more than fair. Made better by the 6% discount. Free shipping on orders over 75$ or with a coupon over 49. Any questions I’ve had about ingredients, or availability have always been answered courteously. No trace of irritation. And in the beginning I was a bit of a pest. My only gripe, and it may just be a result of their vendors facing corona issues, is the stock, when it runs out it takes an eon to replenish. Which leads to panic buying when they do. Of course, I know, that’s my issue. Really. Great. Vendor.

At bcf the prices are great, shipping is lightening fast, and their customer service is impeccable. I only want for a wider selection. I love the new "Noted" tab where this week's flavor of the week flavors are not only listed but discounted. The recipe packs could be updated since most of them have been around for awhile or at least add some new ones to try. Overall, I'd say that bcf is one of the few vendors who are really looking out for the diy community and mean it. During this pandemic they have remained open and shipping out what they have had until it sold out. One of the few places that didnt fully shutter and leave us all in the dark. A big "thanks!" From all of us diyers, we really appreciated it!

Bull City Flavors is where I get almost all my flavors from. Super fast shipping and great prices. I've probably ordered from them 30 times and it's always been a smooth transaction. Customer service is always super helpful with any questions I have. Would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

Bull City is only one of two places I get flavorings from. The service is excellent and delivery is superb. Living in Western NY, I can get my order in a couple days (under normal, non-pandemic conditions) in a couple of days if I place an order by noon. Since I have enough 100 mg nic to last me a decade, them not selling it isn't really a deal-breaker for me.

I love the fact they offer 2oz bottles now. Sometimes, 4oz is too much, but 30ml isn't enough. Prices are more than reasonable, as well.

Im just here for the new Inw Prickly Pear :) nah for real though I love bull City anytime I’ve asked for a sample in the comments they have always sent it to me shipping to long island new york is quicker then other vendors I use also love the fact that they follow the Noted DIYOD series and have weekly sales based on the flavor for that week which is a big plus to anyone watching those videos to learn about more flavors they can pick up the flavors they just learned about from bullcity for a discount in my 20+ orders from there i have never had a problem of something spilling,leaking or having an incorrect order. Bull City is a class act. No nonsense, fast shipping (I haven’t ordered during the pandemic, but they are always great).

If you can get better prices somewhere else I don’t know where that would be.

Seems like often the more popular flavors are sold out, but their selection is so wide there’s always an option. I assume the intermittent lack of stock on popular items are due to some combination of the popularity of the bull city brand and a supply bottleneck up the chain somewhere. To be clear, I’ve never paid for a flavoring and then later been told they couldn’t fulfill the order. If it’s sold out it’s always been marked and unavailable for ordering.

I’ve found some cool new flavors there, things I might not have seen other places, and find all my old reliables consistently. They seem to always repackage the flavorings in chubby gorilla type bottles which are always solid.

Just a 100% reliable, no nonsense, what you see is what you get type of company. Couldn’t complain about a thing really.

I did an order based of the top flavors voted by users in this sub in the sidebar. They didn't have them all in stock, but they had most and I ordered a couple of their community recipe packs. Overall the ordering was easy, shipping was fast and I was able to track my order from start to finish. It was a simple and enjoyable experience all around with prices that weren't outrageous. I got 32 mostly 30 mL bottles for $127 US. That breaks down to $3.97 for a 30 mL bottle of flavoring that'll be able to be used over the course of numerous bottles of ejuice. Not too shabby when you also include the fact that the $127 also included my cost of shipping and taxes....

I asked them for a small drawing in the comments box once. They delivered with a little flower on my invoice. It was nice.

They also consistently beat their estimated delivery date for me.

I almost use Bull City Flavors exclusively. The only thing I don't buy from them is the Nicotine, and VG.

Customer Service Example: I ordered 2 orders in a single day because I forgot a few flavors, they automatically emailed me and combined the order to save me shipping costs. I didn't ask, they took it upon themselves to do it.

Had some issues in shipping for quite a while though, where the caps would be slightly loose on usually one out of the 7 or more bottles I ordered, getting that flavor on literally everything.

They recently started switching to a new bottle though for their flavors and now they stay in tact.

Their prices are near unbeatable.

I'm not feeling very smart today, but here goes: I've gotten a bunch of flavors from bull city and really like bull city. I think they're buying in bulk and rebottling into the sizes and flavors you want and they seem to do a really good job of carrying the flavors that are generally regarded as best in class that can be hard to find elsewhere. My first buy was a bunch of recipe packs off their site, and some of those packs are really good. Other recipes were meh, but I still use those flavors in other stuff. Their accessories are very fairly priced, but I wish they had more variety of accessories. Overall I'm a big fan of bull city and have been thinking about my next order from them. I think you're gonna get pretty much overwhelming support for them here. Those are my best words today.

When I need to order a flavor, I check bull city first to see if they have it, and there's only been one time they didn't have a flavor, but that was because only diyfs sells it.

I also live in NC so it makes me happy to be able to support a business local to me.

BCF is my go to for flavors and pg/vg. I've never had any shipping discrepancies, they always ship fast (even recently), and I've heard their customer service is above and beyond other vendors. I can't suggest them enough, and I wish I could buy nicotine from them too so I'd never have to order from anywhere else. Their prices seem middle of the road, but it's worth it knowing that I'll get my correct order on time.

They have been my 99% vendor ever since they were a small company in 2015. In all that time, I have never been let down. Packaging, shipping time out the door, selection are all top notch. BCF sets the bar.

The only negative I can think of is the store (inventory?) system. When something goes out of stock, it simply disappears from the site. I had rather see an "out of stock" message. Unless that has already been addressed and I haven't noticed.

BCF has received 99% of my business because they are the premier example of how vendors should treat their customers. The fastest shipping, great selection, and good pricing will continue to make them my go to DIY flavor supplier.

With that being said, the only thing that can be improved upon with BCF would be for them to carry nic and maybe bump up their selection a bit more.

I spend too much money there.

My first flavor order came from BCF. That first experience, and the handful after that have all been flawless. Super fast shipping, hand written thank you notes, and great customer service. One time I asked for a sticker for my scale and they sent me 2. I've gotten a couple of samples from them, which was very much appreciated... One time I was trying to order VG and they must have replenished their stock within 10 seconds of my order being finalized. Their customer service responded almost instantly and told me just to order it and they'd put it in the same box and credit me the shipping. They actually sent me (way) more than I ordered one time. I felt bad and offered to send the extra back, but they wouldn't take it...

Like others, I do wish they carried a bit more from certain brands, but that's a minor complaint. I love that they have the noted section now. Their prices are very fair - you might find a flavor or 5 a tiny bit cheaper on another site, but BCF will ship it you 3 times before the other company prints the label. I literally always have a BCF window open. All in all, this is a great company and an invaluable resource for the community. :)

• Prices 9/10 - Hard to beat! There is only one .za website I know of that is the cheapest I've seen but haven't bought there personally. BCF prices are on par with the biggest vendors, some brands are actually cheaper and their exchange rate to $(AUD) is accurate & up to date matching google's, unlike FT! This is very helpful.
• Selection 9/10 - Really great they had everything I *badly* wanted except for HS FVIC and DIYFS Holy Vanilla, maybe a couple were out of stock and I'd say just about *everything* else was there.
• Shipping Time 10/10 - Out the door lightning quick. Put it this way: I made 2 orders right, one with BCF and another with a favourite Australian vendor of mine. The BCF parcel travelled 16,200Km to my doorstep in 4 days and a further 4 days later my AU parcel shows up having travelled a mere 740Km in comparison. How does that even happen? Colour me impressed! It's true that postage *is* expensive to AU, but in this instance you get what you pay for and a service this reliable is so worth it - especially if you are making a large order.
• Packaging 10/10 Everything in one piece and as it should be, no leaks, sturdy packaging, smells like a mix of fruits and vanilla creams. And alright, alright - I don't deny it - it's kinda like a game to rummage through all those macaroni-like packing-puffs (?) each time pleasantly surprised by the flavour name of each little bottle-of-goodness I get out. It's as if I hadn't hand picked them myself when I ordered. I am easily entertained.
• Customer Service & Response to Contact 10/10 - They always respond to me quickly and none of my questions feel silly or too small. Like the time I thought I could get free postage, how much did I spend last time to get that? Oh, I paid! Great! Thank you! That's how *good* your prices are!

Hey all, shopper in New Zealand here :) was really happy with Bull City Flavours, managed to get me a $250 order here in about a week with no customs charges which was awesome. Massive range, only a couple flavours I'm hunting for that I haven't been able to find there, and even got a handwritten thank you for shopping note in with my delivery. Will be going back to Bull City Flavours for sure and they are a nice option for Oceania customers as well.

Literally the only place I get my flavors from. Prices and Selections are always good. Never had any issues and even doing a shipment just 2 weeks ago, things were shipped and delivered within a timely manner. Never had to deal with customer service before since I've never had an issue with my orders.

Bull City has been my favorite place to order from for the past 5 years or so I have been mixing. They are consistently fast at processing and getting orders out the door. I always joke about them being supernaturally fast, but it's really no joke. You place the order, and it's as if they received that order the day before.

I can't think of one issue I've ever had with an order. I've had a few questions in the past that have been answered quickly, though.

The homebrew supplies that have been added now make it even more of a convenient place for me to order from. I was stoked when they started offering those products.

They're THE BEST place to buy flavors in America IMO. They're quick to get your orders out and I've never had a problem in dozens of orders from there. Prices are competitive and they have a great selection.

Just like many others have said they are my favorite. They are my go-to for flavors while i stick to my tried and true nicotine supplier (liquid barn) for nicotine.

Sometimes i wish BCF had nicotine, sometimes i wish LB had all these flavors. But sometimes having experts specialize in their own domain works better. Together they are the perfect combo.

Originally checked out the site just looking for a menthol to cool off some of my existing ejuices. A helpful member of this subreddit recommended a flavor and where to find it.

When I got on the site it was easy to navigate by types of flavors, and after a bit of browsing and looking at the excellent prices, I began to realize how affordable it would be to try out so many flavors. It wasn't much longer before I began contemplating starting to DIY my own juices completely!

I ordered my menthol and it was shipped out the same day and less than 48hrs later I made my first attempt to cool off my first ejuice, as shipping was super fast!

I think it's safe to say that I absolutely will be trying this DIY thing, and BullCity Flavors will be my first stop to select my flavors!

Been ordering from them for at least 6yrs.. Very satisfied.. I only go to another Co. When a flavor I really want is outta stock.. Like Pineapple Lassi! 😳.. Went to another Co and they were out too... Been chasing it for a month. 😏 Someday I will catch that Lassi!😜

For me it is not about if a company is perfect with every order, it is how they respond when there is a problem and BCF has always made it right. I probably order more than the average person from them, I would not be surprised if I have ordered 50+ times from BCF. In that time I have only had 2 or 3 problems, 1 was with original FLV bottles that were notorious to leak, no the fault of BCF. The other time was the Real Flavors fiasco, again not BCF's fault. Each time they cleared it up in a professional and expedient fashion and that is why I love BCF so much.

BCF is such a asset to the DIY community. I am sure most, if not all the comments will be similar, never heard much bad about BCF, usually always good.

I’ve ordered about 6 times now in the past 2 months. Almost always ships same day if I order early enough, prices are awesome. Have never had any issues with them. Almost always has what I want in stock. Customer service is on point. I wouldn’t recommend anyone over them.

Back when I made juice, this was my favorite place to shop. Prompt customer service, reasonable prices, well-packed boxes. I got my VG in bulk off of Amazon, but everything else I got at Bull City.

I’ve been ordering flavors from Bull City Flavors since I started mixing my own juice (2 out 3 years now). They were the first vendor I ever used (based on recommendations from here at /r/DIY_eJuice ), and I haven’t been given reason to look elsewhere. I don’t buy a huge range of flavors, but the ones I do get I imagine are pretty high turnover. I’ve never encountered stock or quality issues. When I recommend other vapers to start vaping, I direct them to Bull City. Shipping is fast and reasonable, and the packaging is always adequate for safely shipping liquids.

Ok let me start by saying that the fast shipping thing is a little unfair... how could you not be fast when you use a teleporter to deliver your goods?!?

For real though, look I get it. Stuff takes time to ship, but we’re in the amazon prime era and I want my stuff yesterday. And ok, people make mistakes so it’s nice when the people are nice dealing with service issues. Reality? I, like most people on here, have no idea how their customer service is because there has literally never been an issue. Everything gets here (nyc) insanely fast, and never ever an issue. There’s a reason they’re number 1.

A few things:
(1) I’d like to see all vendors stop using packing peanuts and just stuff some paper in there or something biodegradable. Just got an order from diyvs and was so pleasantly surprised to have my order (mostly) in biodegradable padding.

(2) I wish their tobacco section were more extensive. (Specifically inw for pipes at least).

(3) idk why those flv 15ml bottles aren’t always offered in 10mL but I appreciate when they are. I do wish they all were. I’m assuming there’s a reason.

(4) I love the flv flavor packs, the community support with the community recipes, and the weekly noted discount now.

literally the best company out there. I wouldnt order from anywhere else if they carried nicotine! I've had i think 4 orders through them now with $400-$500 total spent and tons and tons of bottles with virtually no issues. I had 1 order, where 1 bag of bottles was leaky, but thats the like 3 bottles out of nearly 100 ordered through them! can't recommend them enough!
