No. Can't add flavor without flavor. What country are you in?
Egypt, e-liquid imports here are strictly forbidden sadly
They are just flavors though.
The perfume apprentice also known as the flavor apprentice makes a lot of flavors for food that are exactly what we use for ejuice. And there are MANY excellent recipes you can make with their line up alone. Go look under TPA/TFA at any of the online stores and then go see if your local company carries any of those specific flavourings. If they do - you are in business my friend. come back to us with a list of the food safe water soluable no oil products they have and we can suggest all kinds of good stuff.
There are sites that sell the same concentrates used for eliquid but sold as cake flavoring or icing flavoring. In the baking isle at my local supermarket they have some on the shelves. Just gotta check to make sure they are water soluble and don't contain any oils before using them.
Don‘t use any flavorings from the bakery isle, even if they are water soluble. Many will contain fructose (sugar) and other additives not suitable for vaping. Burning sugars release carcinogen. Other additives/irritants can cause serious health issues.
Can you get food grade menthol crystals? That's the only thing I can think of. I've vaped quite a bit of juice with just menthol crystals and nicotine in it. I like the way it tastes better than juice made with menthol flavour concentrates even though they should be identical.
