Anyone know what's happening with the elrecipes site?

Everytime I open it after a few seconds it redirects me to some weird telus/netflix/"you're the lucky winner bull****(this was last night) And today it started out completely flailing out , zooming in and out, scrolling up and down and opening the search bar etc and then took me to the other site. Anybody else having issues with it?

It's one of the ads, tested on chrome and it was fine and disabling uBlock showed the issues you mentioned as soon as the ads started to load. In my case two out of three page loads tried to load a survey that mimics legit Google surveys but is definitely not a Google site, the third it did this weird herky jerky thing instead. Had to clear the browser cache and re-enable uBlock to get rid of the forwarding.

Sounds like a malware infected wordpress install. Usually the redirect happens only sometimes so the malware isn't detected immediately... Let the site admin know, maybe they aren't aware of this issue

Several other folks here have had similar issues with both e-liquid-recipes.com and alltheflavors.com in the past 24 hours. /u/daath is the admin of ELR, not sure about Queuetue's (ATF admin) username...

Definitely run an adware/spyware scan regardless, but it's not just you.

I just started getting it too. Thought it was a virus until I got on my new iPad and it still came up.

I tried tracking it down, even disabled a whole ad-network. That wasn't it. The culprit, it seems, was a new customer of EcigMedia - my contact there disabled their ad on ELR and it seemed to go away.

If anyone still experiences this, try clearing your cache.

The site works fine for me (I just went and looked/logged in with no issue). I have seen what you describe on other sites and I thought it was some Google/Chrome bullshit.

Just checked. Works fine for me. No ads coming up.

Try going into your phone settings for the browser your using. Delete the cache for it. Then open it back up, should remove any malware you came across.
