Has anybody put an order through in the last week or so? Just curious as to if there are any delays with prep/shipping due to corona. Ordered my first batch of concentrates two days ago and only just realized I might be waiting a while.
UPDATE: As far as 3/27/20 RiverSupply is still prepping and shipping out orders. Seems things are working as normal, if maybe a little slower. I sent them a message and this was their reply -
"Thanks for reaching out. We generally request 1-3 business days for processing orders but we are currently experiencing a slight delay in shipping. We are working diligently to send orders out as fast as possible and you will receive tracking once your order has shipped. I appreciate your understanding and apologize for the delay. "
Update #2: Order has been shipped and is due to arrive on the 2nd. So RiverSupply is still a solid supplier during these times, dont be afraid to use them
FINAL UPDATE #3: Received my order today 3/31/2020
I saw something saying that river supply was still shipping. While i do like river supply, i have found that their shipping times can be awful. If i dont need nicotine and want my order quickly, i order from bullcityflavors.
I've only ordered from NicRiver a few times, but never had a problem; I think during busy seasons they get backed up easily, because I do remember seeing people say that about their shipping times taking forever around the holidays and around when vape bans were all over the news. On that logic at least it makes sense they'd be backed up now too.
Never heard a bad thing about Bull City though, they're absolutely the best when it comes to flavors (wish they sold nic though, I'd never go anywhere else).
Liquid Barn is still processing orders. We have an estimated processing time on our checkout that will always reflect the current expected time. We are experiencing slight delays right now, but are working diligently to get all orders out as fast as possible. Stay safe everyone.
River Supply is located out of California. I put my order in last Friday and it go to me on Wednesday so i was pretty happy with their shipping times. Though I found out from another reddit user that they stopped processing orders this past Tuesday or Wednesday cus the lockdown in Cali....
Yeah I'd be thrilled with that shipping time, I ordered Wednesday night so hopefully I made the cut. Guess Ill just have to wait and see
I live in San Diego and they are in North Los Angeles, I ordered 8pm on Tuesday and received shipment 10am on Thursday. Obviously I have a geographic advantage most won't, but they appear to be shipping quickly.
Edit: See above someone mentioned they may have stopped processing orders after Tuesday. I would verify before ordering.
Put an order in last night (admittedly for just VG and flavors) just got a shipping notification a few minutes ago.
Placed an order through RiverSupply on Wednesday and received notification that it shipped today (Friday). Seems pretty good to me. I live in Northern California, so the shipping time itself is usually really fast, but I was surprised how quickly they got through processing even with so much of California being closed.
I haven't gotten mine and I bought it like the 18th? They told me the first update you posted
I order large bottles of common stuff I use alot of from nic river and expect to receive it in a week and a half. Bull city I get the specialty stuff from or if I need something fast. Nic river once took two weeks to ship my order, then in their defense they did overnight it after I called the next day.
As River Supply is in CA, and CA has been locked down for a bit (the earliest statewide lockdown in the US) and they're still - as of recently - shipping orders at a reasonable pace, they seem likely to continue to do so.
Somebody else mentioned Bull City, and they're located in Wake County, NC, whose lockdown started yesterday (Friday the 27th). Furthermore, the NC state lockdown starts Monday the 30th. So how any of that affects BCF remains to be seen. I *suspect* that they'll continue to ship at a reduced speed, but we'll see. It's not like they're actually essential, but a warehouse gig isn't exactly high-risk, either. However, I certainly won't hold it against them if they stop shipping altogether.
I’ve read other comments/posts that mention that CA-based businesses (River Supply and Liquid Barn were the two specifically mentioned) are shut down due to the COVID-19 measures the state has put in place.
I’m getting ready to submit an order with LNW because they’re in AZ and apparently still fulfilling and shipping orders.
Lnw is still shipping, at least as of Tuesday this week. Just had my order delivered yesterday.
Bull city is still shipping as well. Order from them on Monday, shipped on Tuesday and was delivered yesterday as well
I can confirm RiverSupply is still shipping out orders, good to know we still have some options for the time being.
Right. I stocked up on some essentials with these last two orders so I'll be good for a while if places do start shutting down. I did hear that bull city has reduced their workforce, but that didn't seem to impact accuracy of shipping of my last order.
Common sense tells me you’re going to need to be patient since not all vendors are shipping and due to the crisis on hand. At least they are still able to ship. You will get your order.
