Totally agree. I made it as written the first time and found it almost metallic tasting from the CDS to my taste. Reduced percentages definitely helped it for me.

I have no idea. But I do mix salt at 6mg 70/30.

I'd leave the percentages as they are though. I don't think the ratio will change anything, might even make it better. Start with a 10ml tester and see how it goes

That looks good! What percentages do you recommend. Seems like an older recipe (7% CAP Sugar Cookie is a bit much, old style). And to get an idea, what tank do you run on that mix?

This is what was in my notes

Cinnamon Danish Swirl (Cap) 2.5%

Sugar Cookie (Cap) 5%

Vanilla Custard (Cap) 3%

I was probably using a wasp nano at 410°

2% FLV Pink Guava

It's tasty as all hell, hard to start because it's a bit weird... then hard to get off of because nothing really trades over from it well. It's also stupid easy to mix. The price per bottle is high, but at 2%... it'll last a long time.

I find a cooling agent to overpower the more delicate flavors rather easily, but a touch brings it to another level. I tend to do 1% koolada (much weaker cooling, but it's what I've got).

That's fair, I was just aiming to imitate a grapefruit menthol juice I used to buy, but I agree that you get more minor notes without cooling

Im not usually the type of person to have an ADV. But at the moment Burleyscotch by Fear is all I’m vaping. It’s a butterscotch pipe tobacco. Everyday I say I’m gonna vape something else but I just end up making more of it!

I was actually looking for inspiration for something new, but about once a month I have to have my fruit loops I hate to say. I don’t remember the actual “name” of the recipe or the mixer to give them credit they’re due unfortunately.

She liked it with the Koolada for awhile, but we started sub'ing it for 1% Sweetener and she pretty much won't vape anything else I mix anymore. I dont like vaping the same thing for too long, myself, so I'm always changing it up.

EDIT: Probably also worth noting is we vape all our juices Max VG.

The Blue Bird “Remix” by Tootall. The original Blue Bird was the first eliquid flavor I tried when I made the switch. So when I got into DIY and found that recipe I was hooked all over again. Now I have to make 1/2 gal batches because everyone I share it with wants some.

Any thoughts on this vs other custards? I try everything but come back to some type of custard every time. Add fruits and i wish I hadn't every time. Just looking for the perfect Vanilla Custard to mix by the gallon. Haven't settled on one yet

I like it alot. With the 3 different fruits in it I love the way that they combine together and some times I taste them individually as well. I'm in the US and just recently got some FA Custard Premium but I've used it in a few different recipes so far and they have all been good I can't really pick a favorite.

not an all day vape for me, but its certainly a nice evening vape on my current goto rda (Geekvape Loop)

I wouldn't say I wish I'd never tried it, but I've been using Heisenberg (well a local version of it) for a couple years pretty much daily :)

Ooh yeah, I have this on the to-try list, but it's impossible to get TFA Honeydew. From what I've read, a substitute of JF Honeydew Melon might work for a more authentic flavour. Otherwise I have Honeydew II.

Has anybody tried that?

Wonder flavors has a recipe for strawberry wafer on their website that had me for about 6 months straight. I also have a s'mores recipe using their flavors in my recipe list that was also pretty pretty good.

A friend started his own production. Came up with 3 flavors, loved 1 of them(don't remember the name, it's been a long time). Then out of nowhere he came up with another flavor, cancelled the one I loved vaping on. Lost the the juice and the sweet discount he was giving me the juice at. Looked for a flavor everywhere. Finally found 1(ghost berry) at a local shop. Vaped on it for around a year and still feel like I can't go without it and out of nowhere they cancelled this 1 flavor because the company stopped it.

To be clear, I did and still make my own but just can't get the recipe right to the point where I can say this is it.

So now I am on a hunt again. Either will have to perfect and settle with a dyi flavor, hopefully, or find one from the shop.

Really new to diy been at it for 4 months and i literally do 12% rainbow drops 2% sweetner ive tried shisha lime exactly like that too but that rainbow drops is like crack, aqua used to make rainbow drops before i did diy then they stopped hence why is started been on the same flavor for over a year and i still cant get enough
