This thread is for you to share what you are vaping lately, be it your own or another mixers recipe. Maybe you happened to stumble upon your new ADV in the March Recipes Thread? Or did someone recommend your first mix to you in the Suggest a recipe for my flavors Thread
Share what you liked or didn't like too much, but most importantly, please make sure to properly link to the recipe and to the mixer if they're on reddit.
If you need some inspiration, some websites keep track of your mixes and batches: e-Liquid Recipes and All The Flavors.
Also make sure to checkout last week's thread for inspiration or to follow up on a mix that turned out even better after a week of steeping! We keep an archive of all the past threads in our wiki as well
Happy Vaping!
I have not been able to stop vaping this mix I blended up a week ago. I don't have a name for it yet but, it is super refreshing:
TFA Honeydew II - 3%
TFA Cucumber - 6%
TFA Honeysuckle - 2%
FA Fuji Apple -1.5%
1 - 2 drops CAP Powerful Sour/15ml
(I might try adding a touch of INW Cactus in the future)
I'm vaping this: Classic Blavendish for Pipe, a 70/30 u/AlfredPudding / me mix. I'm just waiting for u/ID10-T and the crack team of Mixer's Club critics to agree... :)
Oh snap, people getting in on Black Cat for Pipe now?!
Hey! I got it a while back and it had a berry thing going on. Did you get that too?
Definitely got some strong berry stuff in there. Almost reminded me of a Sweettarts or something as well, if I remember right. Super strong too. Kind of interested to try it in my MTL recipe that uses Dark for Pipe and Red Dates now though. Probably gonna shoot more for .5% to start though.
Hey guys, I'm new to reddit just wondering if I can post what I've been vaping lately even if I dont have the recipe? For some things that I've DIY'd I do but things that I've received from others some of them dont want their recipes open source yet. Cheers in advance!
I've been a big fan of Malysian Commercial style juices lately, think Fantasi Orange. Heavy coolant, heavier flavour and dont forget the sweetener. A friend and myself have been busy coming up with a few mixes of Icy, mostly single flavour juices that fit this theme. Currently vaping on my friends Blackcurrant Ice 20mg/mL, not sure of his ingredients yet. Once my new pods arrive will be trying out my own recreation of Fantasi Orange. It's actually more of an adapted HIC Orange Tic Tac centre with a bit more flavour, juicyness, sweetener and of course, ice. I'm currently working with 2 different batches.
Double Orange Ice v1.1:
6% FA Orange
5% FA Mad Fruit
2% FA Mandarin
0.5% TFA Dragonfruit
0.5% INW Cactus
0.5% CAP Super Sweet
0.5% WS-23
Orange Ice v1.1:
3% FA Orange
2.5% FA Mad Fruit
1% FA Mandarin
0.5% TFA Dragonfruit
0.5% INW Cactus
0.5% CAP Super Sweet
0.5% WS-23
The second recipe borrows the flavour percentages from HICs Orange Tic Tac centre recipe, with the additions of Dragonfruit, for blending flavours together nicely. Cactus, to give a juicier taste/feel. Super Sweet for, well, sweetness. And finally WS-23 for that cooling sensation we all know and love (or hate). The double Orange Ice plays on this recipe by Doubling the first 3 flavours for a more intense Orange fizz flavour, I've yet to try them in clean pods so once I do I'll be able to dial in the correct percentages more towards what I'm aiming for! Happy vaping!
I am currently playing around with a banana forward 'tropical-ish' vape. Main notes are banana, pineapple (from the pina colada) and pudding, with hints of coconut and mango. The banana custard is a softer, creamy and non candy flavor that plays nice with the pudding, with the pina colada giving a decent pineapple kick (although there is probably a better pineapple to use here its the only one I've got at the moment). As of now its a little underwhelming with my supporting flavors, the mango is barely there but I'll probably play around with ratios. Needs a short steep ~4 days.
Trop-WIP
VTA Banana Custard 2%
TFA Pina Colada 4%
FLV Vanilla Pudding 2%
FLV Sweet Coconut 0.75%
WF Island Mango SC 1%
CAP Sweet Mango 0.5%
Came up with this expecting it to be nothing special, but I've been loving it.
- 3% Shisha Strawberry INW
- 2% Strawberry Ripe TFA
- 1% Sour 20% TFA
I'm not entirely sure how much of a difference the sour makes, would be interesting to see if it tastes much different without, or with different sour additives.
If you want just a pleasant, simple strawberry vape, I think it tates pretty good.
Also vaping Desert Dew but with 1% FA kiwi instead of 2.5% WF Kiwi, as I find this preferable.
Finally, I have some decent recipes to contribute to this thread.
I have a grape bubblegum recipe, and the final version of my Falcon Punch. These both are great off the shake and are super tasty.
I also took some inspiration from Cheebas Berry Creamy, and am vaping up a recipe utilizing (once again) VT Sweet Raspberry. For a simple quick S&V recipe, not bad at all.
1% FLV Cream
2% TFA Marshmellow
2.5% VT Sweet Raspberry

Sadly nothing. Too much increased risk of viral pneumonia and diminished lung immune response associated with vaping to fuck with it in the midst of the pandemic.
Just be aware that there is a possibility you are making yourself more vulnerable to COVID complications by continuing to vape. We all know vaping is safer than smoking and that dangers are largely overblown media hysteria, but considering the very real dangers of this virus out there and the fact that basically everyone is going to get it eventually, I don't consider the risk of continuing to vape worth the pleasure it gives me. It's too bad because being stuck inside all day all I wanna do is watch TV and vape, but I'm not trying to die over a Strawberry Custard cloud.
Better safe than sorry.
> Reporting of respiratory symptoms by e-cigarette users suggests increased susceptibility to and/or delayed recovery from respiratory infections. A study of 30 healthy non-smokers exposed to e-cigarette aerosol found decreased cough sensitivity.82 If human ciliary dysfunction is also negatively affected, as suggested by animal and cellular studies,83 the combination of reduced coughing and impaired mucociliary clearance may predispose users to increased rates of pneumonia. Exposure to e-cigarettes may also broadly suppress important capacities of the innate immune system. Nasal scrape biopsies from non-smokers, smokers, and vapers showed extensive immunosuppression at the gene level with e-cigarette use.84 Healthy non-smokers were exposed to e-cigarette aerosol, and bronchoalveolar lavage was obtained to study alveolar macrophages.46 The expression of more than 60 genes was altered in e-cigarette users’ alveolar macrophages two hours after just 20 puffs, including genes involved in inflammation. Neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) formation, or NETosis, is a mode of innate defense whereby neutrophils lyse DNA and release it into the extracellular environment to help to immobilize bacteria, a process that can also injure the lung.85 Neutrophils from chronic vapers have been found to have a greater propensity for NET formation than those from cigarette smokers or non-smokers.57 Given that e-cigarettes may also impair neutrophil phagocytosis,86 these data suggest that neutrophil function may be impaired in e-cigarette users.
Well considering there are multiple studies showing that inhaling propylene glycol has considerable benefits in preventing the flu and it has many antimicrobial qualities I'm gonna keep vaping lol. I don't trust the media's thoughts on vaping, I'll trust the NIH and Royal College of Physicians over US institutes any day, thanks. Then there were the studies showing that after hospitals released propylene glycol into the air there were significantly less respiratory illnesses reported.
lol okay, do you man, but i'm not taking my medical advice from a vaping device manufacturer website quoting a study from 1942
I trust the media coverage on covid-19 as much as I trust their coverage on the dangers on vaping.
It's unfortunate and dangerous that the internet has lead to a phenomenon wherein all information that makes the reader uncomfortable in some way is deemed false and malicious.
There is no scientific evidence to prove vaping makes you more susceptible to coronavirus. There is scientific evidence proving vaping kills off viruses though. So I'll follow science not an antivaping politician or Dr trying to sell me Chantix or the patch.
