i'm having trouble understanding this nic bottle
it says ("Nicotine 100mg/ml Pure USP Grade (10% in VG Base) Size : 30ml")
does that mean that it is (10% VG, 90% PG)
or it is 10% diluted?

100mg nic in 100% vg from the sounds of it. 10% refers to the nicotine dilution as 1000mg is pure nicotine

As i understand it it's 10% nicotine in 100% VG in a 30ml bottle which makes the bottle containing Nic strenght 100mg

It sounds like you are getting hung up on the 10% number, well just ignore it. What you have is 100mg/ml nic in 100% VG. The thing to keep in mind with VG nic is that it is very thick and subject to "hotspots" shake it up very good before each use. That means shake vigorously for at least a full minute. As long as you are not making high nic salts, nic in PG is much easier to use in the future.

I read it like this: It is vg based nicotine. 100 mg per ml. They are telling you they put 10% nic, 90% vg in a solution to achieve this strength. I’m no expert, but that’s how I read it, and I may be wrong. If you are a rookie, not a good idea to be playing with 100 mg nic

Like 5 years ago everyone treated 100mg nic like fucking nitroglycerin. It's not all that dangerous, but people still put on full PPE to handle it.

But as many of us know, spilling it on you won't do anything except maybe tingle a bit.

100mg is fine. It's the standard for diy. If you get it on yourself, just wash it off your skin. If you have any small children or pets, put it up out of reach.

It's not all that dangerous unless you're going to bathe in it. Just don't get it in your eyes, because it burns like rubbing your eyes after chopping jalapeños.

If you spill it on you, just wash it off at some point in the near future.

It’s nothing to play with actually. I don’t understand why you haven read the information provided in the sidebar.

Your nicotine contains 100 mg of nicotine in 1 ml and it is suspended in VG. Since you don’t seem to know what you are doing, I highly advise you to read up on the topic and use a calculator from the sidebar before you end up having nicotine poisoning (yes, that’s a real thing).
