rounding out the library

im looking to round out my library, and so im looking for advice what might be missing or should be "replaced".

i prefer fruits and fuitmixes of all sorts, and i should have all types of fruits i want in my library. if any of the present may be much better from another vendor, then pls let me know. my main focus seems to be orange, for i still didnt find o-juice to vape, tho im already vaping fanta, but i want less lemonade and more juice if possible. see way below this, theres a collection of oranges id like to buy...

usually i like fruit halfway authentic, or at least a candied version of the original fruit. as well im already going down the milky way and start to mix diary into fruits. later some bakery can be added, but im not 100% sure if im the one for baked stuff.

oh and creamy, sweet but aromatic milk-chocolate. and variations of it. living next to switzerland is a terrible circumstance for your weight, cos their chocolate... oh my goooood.... so ill need to find a substitute :p

basically, id like to be able to mix a bunch of recipies around mainly the fruit or fruit-creamy stuff and candied fruit, the chocolate type, and orange in all versions, and maybe use a bunch of recipies that are out there as starting point, so if theres a hint about some aroma being "popular" in those fields (eg. i just been told CAP sugar cookie is a musthave for bakery)

ideally, id reach a state that i could mix across the board in the above fields with at least subs, or close to it, and for that im looking for all binders, bridges, smelters, smoothers, poppers (lemon pops blueberry) and counterparts to balance and even and round out stuff.

actually i am ordering the following at chefs UK:

if any of the above should be replaced, pls let me know.

the following ones im considering, and would love some opinions about it. regarding all the oranges, keep in mind: im perfecting a fanta-mix, and am looking for the real orange juice. i dont like bitter at all (problem with many oranges) and id like to combine them with cream at some point.

Gday aira - fwiw here's my recommendations in line with your selections:

VZ/SC Gourmet Apricot
VT Shisha Double Apple (anise)
SC Pineapple / VT Sugarloaf Pineapple
WF Passionfruit / PUR Passionfruit
WF Banana Puree / VT Banana Custard
LA Lemonade / VT Lemonade Clear
FE Sweet Orange / MB Juicy Orange (use high %) / FA Orange / FLV Blood Orange

You will benefit from having a large selection of citrus. Must-haves for me are FA Cold Pressed Lime, VT Persian Lime, FLV Citrus Soda, FE Lemon, INW Grapefruit(!), also get a huge bottle of WS-23 (30%), and some CAP Super Sweet. After you buy all this, then we'll look at berries!

so youre saying the choices i made can be made better? i used the noted series to find what sounded most natural or most beneficial for mixing, but you are suggesting these brands instead? just so i understand what you mean... ?

and i always felt that lemon is some kind of magic add for many things, IF you find the right one (ExpFl lemon seems to crash ANY mix)... would you care to elaborate or link to more info about the mindful use of lemon in fruitmixes?

and what is VZ/SC please? cant seem to find those..

but but papa, do we have to look at berries? i dont like berries... i dont like bitter at all *spit spit* only straw, but im deaf and mute so im a helpless case anyway lol can i go play now?

Your choices are great. My list above = just my preferences. For example I'd rather have VZ/SC Gourmet Apricot over FA Apricot, if I had to choose only one. VZ = Vaping Zone, they are in the States. The VZ/SC range has taken many names I believe. Possibly even Bakers Flavors? Maybe search for 'Gourmet Apricot' rather than VZ/SC.

If you use it sparingly, FE Lemon is excellent as it doesn't tend to fade as much as other lemon concentrates, and has great flavour. Eg. Add 0.25-0.5% in other fruit/berry mixes to make them pop. I add a little citrus to almost all my recipes.

Bakers is a russian manufacturer, SC is chinese. It'd be nice if bakers was as widely available, they have some interesting flavors.

ikr, but no monks at chefs, not found first time around here, but going again, there is a vendor right here in germany who has most of their assortment and ships for only 2.99 and only 2.99 per monk!

FM Orange solo tastes just like an Orangina, which is way better than Fanta but still a far cry from orange juice. Still, one of the better orange flavors I've tried.

It's been a long time since I've had an Orange Fanta, but I do not recall it tasting anything like a real orange. Something not on your list that I tried recently is Vape Train Orange Tang. I haven't quite got the % worked out yet, but I've been using this in a Gummy Bear recipe. Read up on it and think about it.

now that youre saying it, its ages since i had a fanta myself, so im not really sure lol... it was just my brain says clearly "fanta!" whenever i hit the vape. some more natural orange lemonade it is...

orange tang - keeps popping up. i have it on and off the shopping list, so now it goes back on and stays there. thanks for easing mah brainz!

VT Banana Custard - best banana flavor, and best custard flavor ever (no vanilla or egg to ruin it like most custards)

FA Marzipan - add sweetness, also has cherry note...way better to add to fruits than meringue.

FA bergamot - orange zest flavor

CAP Sweet Tangerine - OJ top note.

LA Lemonade+INW Lemon Mix is a much better lemonade than FLV.

VT nana cust sounds perv, but you seem to know its without the egg, cos banana and egg...errr... so yay, sounds like a custard id never gotten to on my own, tysm!

lemonade i have of LA, very nice, do i still need INW lemon mix? canceled FLV.

about the FA marzipan, i have INW marzipan, do i still need to spend the dollars cos theyre two different things in the end?

INW Lemon Mix is a great lemon zest. Think FA Lemon Sicily that hasn't gone into the witness protection program. It actually lasts.

INW marzipan is more nutty (appropriate, since marzipan is almond paste) while FA marzipan has more cherry feel to it. I have both, and use them in different applications.

Very floral, more like walking past a fig tree than biting into a fig. For rich, authentic fig flavor, get FLV Fig or FLV Sweet Fig instead.
