That's way better than the guy i met at the Orlando International Airport in 2015. I mean 3mg is really low. That's all I vape personally. I have a friend who used to smoke all the time and vapes 3mg because he weened down to it. As long as you don't chase the dragon on the nicotine rush and need huge numbers it's not bad. I had 6 once and it was way too much for me personally.
Of course these are sub ohm numbers. I know the mtl stuff is a different game.
