Can you mix 10pg/90vg nicotine booster with 30pg/70vg base?
submitted almost 6 years ago by Jeesuskristjan

I ordered base before the booster and i didn't check what pg/vg booster was available. Is it possible to mix them together? This is also my first ever time making a juice so any tips would be helpful.

Yep, it's perfectly fine. Once you add flavors, will probably end up about back near the 30/70 ratio, since most flavors are suspended in PG

Steam engine is a great tool for calculating mixes beforehand

I use it for my unflavored mixes

Why would you have unflavored mixes tho? Isn’t it just base with a nic shot?

Short answer Yes, it should math out to around 80vg 20pg minus the pg base in flavor concentrates.

Yes, you can mix them. I'd recommend using a calculator like e-liquid-recipes.com or alltheflavors.com to get a clearer picture of exactly how many ml/grams you're adding of each component. They let you specify a target VG/PG ratio and tell you whether or not you can achieve it using your given nicotine base and flavor percentage.

Also, check this guide for mixing your first bottle if you haven't already, and good luck!
