Nice guy. He created a product for me, at more work than I would have thought, when he didn't have to and didn't particularly want to. Responds well to questions and definitely knows his stuff. I very much like his salt nic base, it has a colour and 'texture' that I enjoy...I know it's just an ingredient but I prefer it to other vendors salt nic base.

Been buying from him almost exclusively since I started DIY.

Never had any issues. Nicotine is a lot better than any nic I ever had from any store bought juice.

Even did me a solid when I was dumb and forgot to add stuff to my order when he could have easily told me I'd have to place a second order.

Price is competitive. Literally the most helpful customer support this man will help you in any way he possibly can. Good selection of flavours and lots of new stuff added every once in a while. Nicotine I found never hit as strong as store bought personally (Could be due to an error on my part but I really don’t think so) but he ships quickly.

I got my first 2 orders from them, one a few years ago and I fell out of DIY and one last month when I got back into DIY, I have to admitt I like the cap on my few year old bottle of pg/vg better, it opens so you can squeeze it out, the new bottle just unscrews but the old cap fits it so I re used it

they were missing HS french vanilla icecream so I had to get my third order elsewhere, but I will order from the broke vaper in the future if they have what I need

I think it was 2 days from order to delivery, so they must of sent it out the same day, faster then I expected, but im in the same province as them too

you need to order over $100 to get free shipping, and shipping is expensive so you need to hit the free shipping limit

so my only complaints are they are missing some flavours and free shipping limit is high, I give them 4/5 stars

Haven’t dealt with them much due to their concentrates being bottled so small but the few times I’ve dealt with them they’ve been very accommodating. Shipping was decent, customer support was top notch.

If they sold liters of concentrate to compete with DIY they’d be my go to.

I've ordered from them several times. 2 days from order to delivery. So far there's only been 1 flavour that they didn't have. Prices are good.

Personally The Broke Vaper is 1 of 2 vendors I order through. I have yet to have a negative experience! I highly recommend. Here is my review.

• Prices - On Par with Other Canadian Vendors I have dealt with. Always within a few cents, whether it be higher or lower.

- Selection - all the big flavour vendors are here (TFA, CAP, FA, etc) and alot of the smaller and newer ones as well. He is one of the only Canadian vendors I have seen with Delosi and a few others. 

As far as I can see, only vendor I personally care about I don't see is Hangsen. 

Selection within those brands is about the same. All the popular one's you have heard of are here, he may not have some of the more obscure or brand new ones, but that's where his customer service comes in. If he doesn't have it, odds are good he will get it for you, or at least point you in the right direction if he can't. 

Also has a selection of his own flavours, can't say I have tried any yet, but I know how good a mixer Danny is, and have faith they are great. Ordering some this week.

- shipping time - Always been out the door same day for me, unless I ordered after like 5pm

- customer service and response to contact- Customer service is excellent. He has brought flavours in for me when he didn't have them and helped me find them in scenario's he couldn't get them. He has always been readily available for advice for questions when it came to flavours purchased. For example, ordered some FS Holy Grail Ry4,was not sure if it was V1 or V2. Had my answer in like 20 minutes. This extends to his commercial reputation as well. I have dealth with him a handful of times for commercial mixing purposes, and again, he has gone above and beyond.

• packaging - Soft plastic bottles with 30mls which I personally love. Think last time I got 120mls it came with one of the child proof non poor tops, ideal for cutting into smaller bottles or pipette mixing. Which again, I love. Some people may not feel the same and just like dripper tops.
