I place the cap onto the bottle without threading it and push the cap at a 90 degree angle.
Use a screwdriver or a blade to pry the cap going around the rim.
Or google "shortfill cap removal tool"
I take a blade and stick it in the seam where the bottle meets the tip/cap, whatever you want to call it. I then give the blade a little wiggle in an up/down motion (when the bottle is upright). The blade acts as sort of a wedge. The tops come right off with ease. It takes like 2 seconds.
Reading through the comments, I guess I'm the only animal who uses their teeth hahah. Just sink them between the top of the bottle and tip and give a good tank with your hand. Obligatory ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Personally I just have a thin butter knife I use on the unicorn style chubby gorillas. (Both v2 and v3 60mls). I'm sure someone here has a better way though. Just take the thinnest part of the knife and wedge it into where the bottles neck seals with the top piece. You will see the seam of where they meet. Pry it up a little so you can get the fatter more stable part of the knife under the seam. Work it around the neck till it pops. Little harder to find with v2 but you can still see it. Will still take a little hand strength but using some leveraging and finesse hopefully not too rough:)
