What did you order that you can't wait to get your hands on?
submitted almost 6 years ago by CloudsOverOrion

FW Teaberry!!! Wtf! Where have you been all my life? I am so excited, wintergreen is close but not good enough. I might finally be able to clone a juice I had 3 years ago! Also can't wait to have TFA Banana Nut Bread back in my life again!

TFA Pear and INW Lemon Mix. Been missing these for ages and think they should open up a few more recipes.

Also ordered more WS-23 which I had run out of - a major disaster!

INW pear is soooo good, haven't had the TFA yet. I heard INW reformulated a bunch of stuff though, so I'm glad I accidentally ordered 2 bottles last time lmao.

Well I have Thursday/Friday off this week (retail) so if my stuff comes in by then I'll be quite busy. This go around I ordered a combo to restock and mix new stuff. Ordered a bunch of creams to try in recipes that i developed that dont quite hit it yet, bunch of apple pie fillings/crust, couple banana concentrates and a ton of new berries to try. The new stuff I'm probably most excited for is

FLV Apple Filling

VT Banana Custard

INW Biscuit Concentrate

INW Custard

HS Italian Cream (might be the missing accent I'm looking for)

FLV Jammy Berry

INW Raspberry Concentrate

FA Strawberry

TFA Sweet Raspberry

FLV Vanilla Pudding

So yeah theres a lot I'm looking forward to.

It’s all so exciting yes? The possibilities are endless

It is. TBH before the ban talk began in September I was kind of in a rut with juice. I always liked to make orders of multiple smaller bottles to have a good variety. Lately though it was more misses than hits, equating to more money wasted and vaping the same 2 or 3 juices that I once loved that were now just 'acceptable'. I had entertained the idea of DIY but in hindsight was just too lazy to jump in. Now its been about 3 months since I've had any commercial juice and even though I've missed the mark on a few mixes, but for the most part I'm more satisfied with the results. And if not no big deal because I only mix 10ml testers, I finish those up and move on. But to your point yes, possibilities are endless.

I too started DIY because of the flavor ban talk. It is a lot less disappointing to make (for me) a 15ml juice I’m not a fan of than it was to buy a bottle of juice upwards of 10/20 plus dollars that I would hate. I cycled through 100’s of premium bottles, only liking one company, and only three of their juices. (All a version of Frosted Flakes) In the process of trying to duplicate the 3 I like, I’ve discovered I’m not a fan of custard, butter, butterscotch, caramel. And I think they were in a high number of juices I’d buy. I’ve made more juices I like than I ever bought. And am now enjoying fruits as well as some bakeries. So, the flavor ban talk, fear, has introduced a wonderful world to me. I’m quite happy. And it seems you are too. 😊😊

INW biscuit got me through some rough almost-empty-flavor-box times 😅 it's so strong and mixes with anything, a definite staple now.

From what I've seen INW Biscuit is pretty good and like you said mixes well with many flavors. Picked it up to try and make these things being around the holidays and all. I have some CAP Sugar Cookie on the way as well, and some TFA Graham Cracker Clear so maybe I'll get close.

I've got TFA & FW Banana Nut Bread enroute! What I am really waiting for is the bunch of Stubby Chubbys I ordered, because I am sick and tired of my 30ml LDPE bottles that keep splitting at the neck seam!

The TFA BNB is great, but skip the FW - it has fructose in it!

by Ristol68almost 6 years ago

Thanks for the heads up! I ordered that up last minute for one specific recipe that already uses the TFA, so I may have room to play with.

> I am sick and tired of my 30ml LDPE bottles that keep splitting at the neck seam!

That happened to A LOT of mine too. I've changed styles since then. It was a pain on the ass. They'd get leakier than shit all dribbling down the side.

I use the BNB for Holy Moly Doughnut Shop sometimes I switch the glazed for choco glazed, it's so good 😋

Be careful with the TFA Citrus Punch, it contains vitamin e and is flammable, there is a Citrus Punch II that is non flammable, does not contain vitamin e, and is safe to vape

Holy hell, how can they sell it? I won’t even try it now. I got it from nic River. You would think, it’s a vape sight, it’s safe to vape. I’ve only been doing diy for about two months I’d say, so I’m still learning my way around. Thank you for the heads up. It’s much appreciated.

by kanoyoushialmost 6 years ago

You bet! I did the exact same thing, saw it on LNW, ordered it, mixed it up at 5% and began vaping it, started seeing spots in my vision and feeling dizzy. At first i thought it was my nic but after further research i do believe it was the citrus punch (did not have this problem with any other juice i made with the same nic) So anyway i try and warn anyone that wants to or has ordered it, just so they don't have to go through that. The world of flavor concentrates is very strange indeed, most of these flavors are made for food and drink and some probably shouldn't be vaped, that being said vape websites know their customers aren't buying flavors to make candy so it is a little shady...

I must procure some of this Teaberry for myself! But IJust ordered INW Purple Blush (blackberry, grape and blueberry) and excited to play with that. I have mixed feelings on INW especially with some of there fruit selection but high hopes I can work this into my purple sour jolly rancher recipe for an added bit of depth.

Also, my Vape Train Pudding Base just arrived. Still in early days of testing and basic R&D, but very promising thusfar.

I got it from diy-ejuice up here in Canada eh, I didn't see it on ecigexpress when I was doing a trial cart lol.

Finally picked up some FE Lemon and FLV Citrus Soda I'm real excited about. So many bookmarked recipes I need to try once those show up.

by St1llFrankalmost 6 years agoThis flavor... This is not my kind of flavor

I've been causally working on a Lava Flow clone. I've tried a bunch of combinations and none of them are close. I've wondered if it's possible that they could've used all Flavor West flavors. The Strawberry is very close if not a match but I have none of the other elements. So I've ordered both of the Pineapples, and Creamy Coconut to try out. I could be way off base here but whatever...

.

I ordered at ECX and got 30ml bottles of Flavorah Cream and Mango for very cheap.

.

I also ordered Caps Sweet Currant. People seem to really like it so I got a small bottle on the way.

It is a possibility that the original company may have a wholesale contract w one flavor company. Good luck tho sounds great!

I bought these specifically for a couple recipes I’ve been seeing:

FLV Milk and Honey & some more Cap Sugar Cookie. I’ve been wanting to make Sick AF for...ever.

Then I replenished my TFA Vanilla Swirl and Bavarian Cream and picked up some TFA Wintergreen. I just have to try that Wintermint Cream that folks have been raving about.

I usually dont do mint/wintergreen or cooling at all (DIY or before, it was just never too appealing) but yeah that wintermint cream is something else. I suggest making a 10 or 15ml of it just to try to make sure you dig it but be prepared to make another 60ml in a day or so.

Kiwi, mango, cranberry, black cherry, two types of blueberry, malted milk, grape juice, cucumber, blood orange, keylime, cheesecake graham crust, and coconut.

Id have to dig out the order in my email but it was one of the brands on sale on nicriver. Maybe fw or fa. Oh yeah flavored cheesecake for sure. Maybe some kind of orange cream too. Pretty stoked. I really like citrus flavored juice like lemonad and creamsicle. I can taste them the best.

I can't wait to receive my first order! Hopefully I didn't miss any vital labware, and will find some good combinations for the 87 flavors I picked...

2 points

by PandoraPoealmost 6 years ago

The only "labware" I ended up using is a scale. I bought blunt tip needles, beakers, and all the other random stuff on liquid barn, and don't use any of it lol.

1 points

by kontraventionalmost 6 years ago

Yup went through the same thing. Syringes made sense to me while I was making my first order, then I made my first mix with them. The next day I went on Amazon and snagged a scale, its so much quicker and easier plus virtually nothing to clean up after.

1 points

by CloudsOverOrionalmost 6 years ago

Ooooh exciting! Honestly if you got a scale you're golden. Drip right out of the bottle, get a squeeze bottle for vg etc, good to go. The only thing I ever used a syringe for was distilled water but now I just use an old dropper bottle.

Where did you find this teaberry you speak of? I dont think I've ever seen it on bullcity or river supply. Diyfs smells amazing but when mixed looks like milk, haven't tried it yet in fear of not getting it out of my rta, will have to break out one of my rdas soon

Diy-ejuice in Canada, I haven't noticed it elsewhere. Wasn't even looking for it it came to me lol.

First ever order for DIY. Almost all my flavors showed up, none of my PG, VG or Nic. Tracking says Friday. Very sad.

That being said, I did do a rough mix by using “drops” recipe and added flavor to my plain menthol ejuice. Not amazing, but still pretty damn impressive. Can’t wait to get the rest of my supplies and scale
