I think thats the flashpoint to where it would ignite if given a source of ignition. I think you’re thinking about auto ignition to where once it reaches a certain point itll combust without a spark

Flashpoint requires a spark. Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) is where it will combust by itself. So FP 90° will be fine outside. LEL 90° will blow itself up.

No, that's the autoiginition temperature.

LEL is the minimum percentage of a gas or vapor that forms an explosive mixture with air. For example, methane (natural gas) forms an explosive mixture with air at concentrations between 5% (LEL) and 15% (UEL).

Ah my mistake. I knew I was on the right track. Been out of Enviro for a while, some terminology is slipping. Either way, flashpoint isnt anything to worry about unless the OP is trying to smoke it lol

Actually flashpoints below 100°F are relevant, in that this will cause your order to be classified as HazMat cargo, limiting your shipping options to UPS Ground and FedEx Ground.
