Walgreens or other drug store good place to start. Just make sure what you find is USP.

Just a heads up, I know the glycerine sold at Canadian Walmart's labeled as just "glycerine" contain animal fats. I actually called a number on the bottle and asked about the bottles labeled as glycerine specificially. Ive never found "vegetable glycerine" so that could be different. Honestly it's so cheap I would just buy USP grade online.

Im in SK and was only able to find USP vegetable glycerin at shoppers drug mart and had them call around and only 2 in town carried them in 100ml quantites or could be requested and held for you. That was my early diy days and I loved it so much I just bought online frequently since.

I can find premade pg/vg with nicotine. Mulitple options for 10 buck per 500ml bottle. Thats a steal in my opinion.

Yeah that's a steal. I don't see the point in buying bulk with long term storage in freezers when you can buy smaller quantities that cheap every few months without the threat of oxidation.

Unless you exclusively vape unflavored, or all of your recipes use the same percentage of total flavor, you'd still need some extra VG/PG/PG alternative to make your juice (properly).

Ya you would more than likely have better luck at a specialty food store, you can also get it on amazon for a good price, essential depot makes both and is on amazon. If you do buy it in a store, try and find one labeled food grade, or made for ingestion, PG and VG have several different types and qualities and since the price for higher quality is not much it is usually best to find the highest quality you can if you are planning to make e-juice with it. You dont have to get anything labeled "for e-juice" or anything like that, those are all just marketing. If you can wait I would suggest getting it from some place else, but there is not any reason that you could not do it. :D Happy Vaping

USP, not food grade

USP grade meets or exceeds requirements of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP). This grade is acceptable for food, drug, or medicinal use. It is also used for most laboratory purposes, but the USP being followed should always be reviewed prior to beginning to ensure the grade is appropriate for that methodology.

USP is one of 7 standard labratory grades, yes it is best to try and find it, which is why I that is what I suggest he order on amazon, not sure what your intention was with this, but it seemed a bit rude, I dont mind being corrected, but please at least do so in the acceptable situation and in a civil manner.

My intention was trying to correct the terminology. Food grade does not necessarily mean it is safe to inhale. USP grade VG is rated as safe* to inhale.

EDIT: from what I have seen IMO it is safer than any other grade of vg.

Drug store/pharmacy is a better bet.

If you have CVS, Rite-Aid, Walgreens, etc. in your area, call there first.

You could also try a pharmacy that do their own drugs mix.

Make sure that it has USP on the label.

You will find it at a farmer supply store like Atwood's or Tractor Supply. Because it is used in medications for horses and cows.
