I can't say enough positive about liquid barn. Interactions with customer service have be prompt and the my question was answered. The orders are always shipped quickly within a day or two, (my first order was delayed as they were bombarded with orders due to news of an impending flavour ban).

I order the pre nic base from them, it took some getting used to mixing and making my own flavors, but I am happy with the product, and as somebody who is starting to get into DIY but does not have the space for lab equipment and mixing from PG, VG, nic base it has been wonderful to start mixing from recipes I have found here. I have not used their flavours much so I cannot comment on them, and I purchase flavours elsewhere.

I just ordered some more nic and bottles from them yesterday. I usually buy their CNT nic salt and sometimes pick up the CNT freebase there as well, when I happen to need salt and freebase at the same time. Occasionally I get their PG/VG, use it, then refill the bottles with cheaper PG/VG. Never any issues with any of those products. Sometimes I get one-shots like Water Malone, and that reminds me I need some more Giant Swan...

Shipping is quick enough. Prices aren't bad, and I like seeing their advocacy for vaping. Selection of flavors is poor, but I can get flavors - including the best Liquid Barn flavors - elsewhere. I've never had any need to deal with their customer service but I've met the owner and some of their employees and having done that, I have trouble imagining the customer service being sub-par.

I have no complaints about Liquid Barn. Never had any issues with the speed of delivery or quality of product. I especially appreciate how clear the last batch of nicotine I bought from them was!

-Prices are good. Not the best I've seen but the product is good and the vendor is good so I keep using them. -Selection is good I guess, I purchased some flavors recently from them because I didn't know wtf I was doing. The flavors are seriously not as bad as everyone says. -Out the door took in total 4 days, but I ordered on a Friday so that's not surprising. I believe they shipped on Tuesday, which is reasonable -Customer service I've never dealt with so I can't say anything positive or negative. I guess since I've never contacted them that's a good thing -Packaging was a plan brown box. Very simple and discreet, and the contents were well protected inside.

I order from Liquid Barn regularly. The only place Ive gotten my nic and bases for going on 3 years. I firmly believe the CNT nic I get from them is easily some of the best available and Ive used everything from ecig express to carolina extracts. Consistency of product and Availability along with their customer service and easy to use site, makes me a customer for life. Thanks LB. Only wish there were more one-shots to try

Prices: Good prices for products and free shipping over $50. Selection: All their flavors are easy to use to mix with. They taste like how they sound. I think some of their suggested percentages are too high. I use them at a lower percentage but they have the best one shots on the market though.  Shipping time: Their shipping is great. I am in CA so its expected to have good transit time, but what I am measuring is the amount of time it takes for them to process and ship my orders, which has always been 1-2 days.  Customer Service: The customer service is the best I’ve had in any industry, not just vaping. Whether its questions about my order or just general questions. Shout out to Bobby!!!! Order Problems: N/A Packaging: No problems with the packaging. They used to use packing peanuts (which a lot of vendors do), but now they use this paper thing (idk what it’s called) that’s not as mess/annoying.  Overall: I 💜 Liquid Barn and recommend them to anyone interested in DIY or saving money on eLiquid. Great selection, great prices, and great customer service. 9/10

Prices: Liquid Barn has great prices for the quality you get. Unlike other vendors, i've never had an issue with the quality of their product (especially nicotine). There have been a couple of times they sent a wrong flavor, which was quickly resolved by their customer service rep.

Selection: They have my favorite one shot and one that i use almost every day. (WaterMalone)

Shipping Time: I'm not one of the types to expect amazon shipping times, so i have been very happy with liquid barns shipping times.

Customer Service: Great customer service. When i first started i needed help figuring out what i need and the customer service rep helped without trying to upsell me a bunch of additional products.

Packaging: my biggest pet peeve is peanut packing material. Im so glad they stopped using this in their product packaging. Other than that, their nicotine always comes sealed separately and everything is neatly packaged.

I don't like giving perfect scores cause there is always room for improvement.

I've only ordered from Liquid Barn once so far, but I'm very happy with their service. I ordered during the initial state bans craziness, so my out the door time was delayed by several days. I emailed their customer service and received almost immediate and helpful responses each time. I haven't made my way into the nic I ordered there yet, so I'm not sure about it. I have tried several of the flavors they offer though, and I've been quite happy them. Overall, I'd say LB is a fantastic vendor

I only used LB once, but no problem with the order. They can use more flavor brand's. I like the vanilla ice cream. Shipping was fast.

I first ordered from Liquid Barn back in 2015 I think. I’ve been a big time supporter ever since. They supply consistent liquids and I’ve never had an issue. Over the years they revised some products and really simplified DIY. I now recommend them to any vaper I come across, whether they are DIYers or not. Thats how easy they have made it. They were a 10/10 before, but with the updates they keep making… 11/10

Base eliquid is all I use for DIY now. Other companies have now introduced unflavored eliquid, but liquid barn has the only one that is actually functional. I premake my own one shots and just use them with base eliquid. Timely shipping (free over $50). Great flavors. Amazing customer service.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Liquid Barn! I used to buy from many sites but ever since my first order from liquid barn, I’ve been coming back to them for everything. I’m not exactly a ‘flavor artist’ so my juices are pretty basic so I can’t speak for all of their flavors. I buy bulk ingredients for DIY juice as well as unflavored premixed juice for when I’m feeling lazy. I’m super happy with them and plan on continuing buying from them.

Liquid Barn and BCF is all I use. Both companies are great. I get my bases, nicotine and one shots from LB and other flavors I need from BCF. I’ve tried other companies for Nic and bases, but LB was the best quality I found. I got shit before saying even their VG seemed to work better when vaped. People saying there’s no way to tell the difference between VGs. But I stand by it. I can taste a difference. 9.5/10 for LB

Liquid barn was my first purchase and intro into the DIY world. They really had everything except for a scale so it was super easy and less stressful for me. The flavors were all great including their prices. I'll continue ordering my PG, VG and nic from them.

Absolutely love Liquid Barn. Great prices, quality products, exceptional packaging. If they had a little more of a selection, as far as flavors, I probably wouldn't shop anywhere else. Never had to use customer service or ever had an order issue so I can't say much about, which is a good thing imo Overall a very pleasant experience doing business with :)

Very happy with my last purchase from Liquid Barn as far as nicotine and PG/VG. My only complaint or hesitancy to make them my sole supplier is lack of flavors and lack of recipes using their flavors. Other than that good experience.

I love u/Liquidbarn. I’ve been mixing for years and have ordered from all the major companies. But I always order all my vg/pg and nicotine from them. Great prices and excellent quality. Especially like buying my nic 100mg 250 ml because you get two 125 bottles. This way you can keep both in the freezer and work out of one bottle while the other is still sealed. I’m not big on there flavors except for there vanilla ice cream and blue raspberry are pretty good. They always ship fast, within 2 business at the most

The bottles they use for PG and VG are fantastic, and I refill them with gallons from Amazon constantly. NicSelect is priced well and has been quality nicotine for me, and their bottles are decently priced; just wouldn't use them for flavorings. I don't buy oneshots and their selection of concentrates is rather limited. Good shipping speed and packaging. No issues yet.

I’m late here. But i recently made the choice to jump into DIY. I’ve put together carts 4-5 times before but always pussed out. This time around, I went for it. LiquidBarn made it a much less daunting task. Simple and clean website, clearly written and to the point descriptions. I had no trouble putting my large order in. Well, large to me lol. Grabbed a few 500mls of Base eLiquid and about 25 flavors+ a scale kit and some extra bottles. I’m excited as hell! I’m sure I could have done the whole vg/pg/nic part, but figured taking one of the major parts that I could mess up, out of the equation the first time around, was a great idea. I think them having such a highly rated base was the number one contributing factor in me pulling the trigger. I noticed after I placed my order that I forgot a specific one-shot, three flavors and some sweetener. I emailed them last night, and at 10 a.m. EST this morning I had an email that sorted me right out. Along with recipes that included the flavorings I had just purchased. What more could you ever ask for? In today’s market, poor customer service can cripple your business. It’s safe to say that LiquidBarn has NOTHING to worry about. 10/10 from the second I clicked onto their site, to the moment I sent the last “thank you” email. Truly thankful to have a vendor like LB around and knowing that someone has our backs!

P.S. those 4-5 times I spoke of, where I made carts and got cold feet.. One of the times, I reached out to LB through email and asked one million and one questions about mixing, ratios, steeping, scales etc. they happily answered every single question. And when I finally told them I was going to hold off on ordering, they said no problem AND to let them know if they could help me out in the mean time. Cmon son!! That’s amazing!
