Only reason that happened is because if they're completely out of a concentrate they pull it from the website. I thought they quit carrying FA Black Current for a minute lol. Excellent vendor. I've ordered from them probably half a dozen times and never had a problem. I especially like that they have some oddball flavors that I can't get anywhere else (purple rain comes to mind, there are a couple of others).

Bull city rocks. Their selection is insane, the quality of their PG/VG is great, and they have always had my purchase on it's way within a day. My go-to above all other suppliers.

I've ordered from them twice so far: once in a Friday night and I was shocked to receive delivery on Monday... The next time was mid-week and I received it on Friday.

One order had a slightly leaking bottle but I never contacted customer service as I figured these things just happen, so I can't speak to their customer service.

They seemed to have a good selection of flavors, especially tobaccos which is mainly what I was after. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

The prices are very fair to me, in fact some of my flavors cost less now than they did 6 months ago. Shipping is fast even when it's free.

I love these guys. They're the only concentrate company I order from. I know I'm probably missing out on other things because of that, but every order gets to me super quickly and the one time I actually called them to ask about a particular flavor (it was out of stock for 10ml bottles but in stock for 30ml bottles which seemed strange since they're rebottled) they were cool.

They're about 6 hours south of me so the distance definitely helps in getting orders quickly, but the handling time is easily always within 24 hours.

Probably just adding to the overall consensus but I’ll do so, all the same. I’ve literally never used anyone but BCF since I started 3+ years ago. We ordered from Wizard which were fine but I found more or something and never went back (nothing against Wizard, really just luck of the draw I think).

I have probably 30 orders with them now? Never a problem. I tried to catch an order to add on and save shipping one time, and they state they can’t change an order when you check out as well, and they couldn’t but they refunded me the first shipments shipping cost to apply towards my second order so I have 0 complaints there. Don’t go expecting them do that any time you ask, I don’t meant to be putting them out there for that. It was literally hours after my first order though as well.

They frequently have everything I need and their selection always suits my needs. I like how they have the site arranged.

Lastly, they almost always have it shipped the following business day, if not at least by the second. And I’m almost always placing my order late in the day on the day I order as well so I could that as shipping and updating the order of the tracking within 48 business day hours.

Nothing but good things to say about them. Definitely g2g.

Only put one order in as I just started DIY, but it came in two days which wasn’t expected. No complaints, everything came as ordred, althought some people are saying they got stickers, no stickers for me 🙁.

I don't buy a flavor from somewhere else without checking to see if BCF has it first. Great selection, famously fast shipping, NEVER had a problem with leaky bottles or anything like that.

Customer service is top notch.

Have you ever made an order and then realized you forgot something and had to go back and order it an hour later? "Shit, now I have to pay shipping twice!" Well, I've made that mistake with another vendor and asked them to combine my orders and they did it, which was nice. But with BCF they've done it automatically multiple times WITHOUT BEING ASKED. They just sent me an email that said, "We combined your orders and gave you the money that saved you in shipping as store credit." Wow.

I've had nothing but good experiences shopping there. I only buy flavors from Bullcity, which they have a huge selection of. They process and ship orders VERY FAST. If you want your flavors "right now", Bullcity is the way to go. I'm amazed at the speed comparing them to a place like NicRiv. They have competitive prices and run sales on holidays.

One minor gripe with BCF. Their (10ml flavor) bottles as of my last order, have been just okay. Some of the caps don't fasten properly and some of the tips have been crunched or split. NicRiv's bottles/tips/caps are of much better quality. Even NicRiv's labels on the bottles are much better than BCF's.

FORMIDABLE!!! I have ordered from Bull City for years. They have always done the right thing. Even when I had ordered once and the item was out of stock, they called me and made it right by crediting the purchase and adding an additional bottle of another flavor for free. Even when I put under "Special Instructions" to include a joke, THEY DID!!! AND IT WAS FUNNY!

I live not to far away so shipping is quick. Both in house and carrier side. If I am ordering a few missing flavors BCF is my go to due to how quickly they get it out the door. They also carry some stuff that RiverSupply doesn't which is also a perk.

Hands down, my favorite flavoring company to order from. I wish them nothing but the best in all of their future endeavors.

Bull City is the only company I buy flavors from unless they don't have what I need, which I have experienced a grand total of once in almost 3 years of DIY. Prices seem average for flavors, maybe a little on the expensive side for other stuff. Shipping is fast as all hell. I have received a couple of leaky bottles of flavors but they put the bottles in zip bags to ship. I can't speak to problem resolution or response to contact because I've never had to contact them or had a problem with any of my orders. Great company.

Only ordered from them about half a dozen times. Thus far, have been very pleased with their service and the products. They haven't disappointed in shipping the product AND always been timely about it. The only slight issue I ran into was with one 10mL bottle having a slight leak. It wasn't even a significant amount. So that may have been a problem during shipment. Their prices are competitive, even with the original supplier in some instances.

The really nice thing about them is that they do not over-charge shipping on small orders; if you plan to spend a limited amount of cash. The packages are bubble-lined envelopes. The bottle themselves have been within zip-lock bags inside of it.

This vendor is one of two that I typically use. The coupon code REDDIT6 always works (except maybe when having other sales/promotions?).

They are my go to, have ordered from them at least a 15-20 times and always arrives quick. Orders are usually out the door in about a business day.

Prices are decent to pretty good if you order larger flavor sizes (2-4oz)

I would 100% recommend them. Since I have had zero issues with orders I have never had an experience with customer service. But website is designed well and check out process is as easy as any other big website.

I like ordering from BCF, being on the east coast I get my orders fast. Their prices are very good and love their sales.

I use them for all of my flavors. Not very often do they not have what I need. Out the door time has consistently been very fast. If I order at 11pm it's shipped the next late morning. I started using them because they are close enough that usually I get my order 2 days from when it shipped. Pricing I would also say is fair. I haven't done a whole lot of comparing, however I don't feel I'm being overcharged at all.

The best place to get all the flavors. Theres nothing negative i can say about them other than they dont have nicotine products, but i use liquid barn for all that anyway. Would highly recommend Bull City Flavors to anyone in search for flavors. They are supportive of our community. Fast shipping times. great customer service. 9/10

I don't know of another vendor that consistent gets orders out faster than BCF, even after sales. I have probably ordered from them 20+ times and I believe my first DIY order. I did have a couple of problems which were not there fault like original Flavorah leaky bottles and what not but there CS rocks and they took care of it.

I have had great experience with this vendor buying flavors only. The prices are excellent, although there are better prices out there only on some concentrates. I think there will always be a lower cost alternative (not much), because of the nature of competition, but you would probably sacrifice something else, like customer service. No thanks. You can't eat your FW Yellow Cake and vape it too. Selection is good. They don't have everything, but very good for me.(see cake comment above). I can find more flavors at chefs and DIYVS, for an average 30% increase in price and no free shipping option. (I live in USA) Normally if I need any special flavors, I will order direct from the manufacturer. Customer service has been excellent, with about a 1 day response time.(thats leaving an email on Saturday) I have had one problem missing two flavors, and it was handled quickly with replacements. Packaging is always impeccable. The only critique I would have is that some of the tips on the bottles get cracked and I sometimes re-bottle. I don't think this is their fault. I have had some from e-cig-express do this, and some other bottles purchased from other manufacturers do the same thing. Overall extremely satisfied.

I seriously get my orders so fast from them it's a bit scary. I have only ordered twice now but both orders have been perfect and will order from again and again. :)
