It’s almost time for the holidays and I’ve been thinking of a way to give something back to the community. After discussing with /u/Glasschalice468 and /u/apexified, we decided to run a little giveaway with a new twist. Instead of giving a sack of flavors to one user, why not give out one flavor at a time to a bunch of you?
Some rules for this little game:
- There will be one giveaway every 24 hours for the two week period from Nov 1 - Nov 14.
- You will have to use Discord and join the DIY Discord in order to participate. Sorry if that is a barrier to entry, but it’s just the most efficient way of administering the large number of giveaways we’ll be doing.
- We will pay for US domestic shipping. Again, sorry if this excludes some folks, but we can’t afford to spend hundreds on shipping in order to make this happen.
- You will have 24 hours before each drawing to enter. You can enter by “reacting” to a bot’s comment. You will have from October 31st to Nov 1st to enter the first giveaway.
- We will mail the prizes out in a few waves over the course of the giveaway period.

damn, I've never won anything (I always seem to miss things by a day) and the one thing I was in time for I'm excluded from :'(
I'm half tempted to donate the flavours I have that I dislike (unopened, purchased 30mls worth of each but they came as 3x10ml's) that I'll likely throw out in a year when they expire to run a giveaway for us eurotrash so we're not left out
My apologies - as it is I'm expecting to spend close to $75 shipping these flavors out, and the minimum to get a small package from here to Europe is $20-30. Unfortunately it just doesn't make sense for the single flavor giveaways - they are too small to be cost effective to ship. However, I will note that anyone can win the $25 Gremlin DIY gift card, but again shipping is going to bite you.

No. Maybe five or six at best. (Cactus, lemonade, pink guava, citrus soda, maybe sour apple, and any menthol is pretty much like any other, if you don't have a actual menthol you should have one.)
Oh. My man. I have so many flavors. Some I bought over a year ago that I have yet to play with. I just splurged on FLV's starter pack when he first launched. Got the obligatory 15 fruits and 15 non fruits. Eventually snagged the sweet coconut and the wild melon. But I have just been lurking the flavor reviews for years but not pulling the trigger on anything he has developed after wild melon. So, citrus soda, pound cake, pu.pkin spice, the apple ensemble he carries now, and the egg nog, are all on my "when I have extra money" list. So, should I just drop the hundo or so and grab a slew of 15ml's and go to town?

This is a great idea , what do people do with flavors they don't use anymore/used once and went "gross"/never used? I have some to send to a deserving family for the price of shipping.
Awesome that my RL cake day actually got one of the four really good flavors from the list. Quite possibly the best of the flavors.
