I didn't really need to, but I was curious. I've been mixing since April 2017. For a start it was expensive, £20 ($25) for 50 mg. Its a berry pie and I instantly got a hang of the flavour profile and reckon I could knock a half decent clone together if I wanted. But what really stood out to me was I could literally taste the super-sweet. I don't mean taste the sweetness, I mean the chemical aftertaste you get from too much sucrose. There must be a literal metric shit-ton of the stuff in there, I'm guessing at the very least 1.5%. My lips feel like they're coated in some shiny sweet lip gloss. I also experienced something I haven't experienced in a long time, dark brown cotton, and Ive got out of the habit of carrying spare cotton around with me so I have to put up with shitty wicking for the day. Its like the cotton has lost the will to live. The coil hasn't quite got that cruddy build up on it yet but I can see it starting to form. Once I get home I'm going to put this monstrosity on the shelf, dry-burn and re-wick the coil, mix up a nice little 1 2 3 (with zero Cap SS), and put my life back to normal. Happy mixing.
Thats what you get from the market constantly asking for more flavour...better flavour. So what can the makers of juice do...just make it sweeter and sweeter.
Last time i bought a comerical juice it took me ages to get it of the rta. I mean, ages and washes...and still sometimes i get a hint of the fucking mint.
I have only been mixing for 3 weeks, but I have been going at it pretty hardcore. Prior to this stint, I had vaped nothing but Ripe Vapes Key Lime Cookie and Pear Almond for about 3 years straight. Absolutely nothing else. In my mind it was the perfect ADV.
Last night I dripped some and I couldn't believe how basic it felt. Not overly sweet so I didn't have the same experience as OP, but man, literally 90% of the juices I've made since I started are more interesting and taste better.
Just keep in mind that fair bit the flavour experience is in our heads, same as food.
They’re a bit hit & miss. I’ve tried a few other flavours but I always go back to a cherry cola by a brand that rhymes with Tap. It’s about £8 for 60/3mg from a site again rhyming Cape Dreams. I recently tried an off brand shortfill of the same flavour for about half the price & it was way too sickly for me.
While I’d love to DIY for cheaper still, the inconsistency puts me off.
Maybe I'm reading it wrong and I'm definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed. But buying somebody's one shot isn't diy. It's some assembly required. Also what's up with the riddles?
Ah, sorry by shortfill I mean pre made commercial stuff where the customer adds in the nicotine, the way around TPD so that e-liquids can be sold in quantities higher than 10ml. And both of those that I referenced are of that variety.
To be fair I have only tried one shots in the past, but the quality of them differed from batch to batch.
I was on mobile & forgot all the rules across the subs. I think I took no front page clone requests as don’t mention brands and the no links to nicotine as not being able to name sites directly.
It's all good mane. You just can't link to sites where they sell nicotine. You can talk freely about profiles of commercial juices and such. You just can't go OMG somebody help me clone Blue Razz by Air Factory. Well, there's a monthly thread for such things like that. That sucks about your one shots. They should be the same each time you order.
You guys are nuts if you think they're only using 2%
