Prices
Competitive prices, I can't complain
Selection
Great selection. They carry a lot of concentrates unavailable from other vendors
Shipping Time (Out the door - don't blame the vendor for UPS or the USPS)
3 days to ship, not bad considering I ordered during a sale and they were obviously very busy
Customer Service
Never needed assistance from customer service but I imagine it is very good
Order Problem Responses & Resolution
Never had a problem so I cannot say
Packaging
Excellent, like any other vendor
Customer Service & Response to Contact
Same as above
Bonus tip - If you're filling your cart during a sale, don't wait until the last minute to order. I did this and found out half my cart was out of stock because I waited until the last minute to order
Competitive prices for TFA, FLV and Cap brands, usually have most flavours unless sold out obviously. FA and INW can be found cheaper elsewhere. They don't sell HS flavours.
I purchase most of my supplies from there such as empty bottles , VG and PG, I get NIC from other places.
Items always arrive well packaged and in a couple of days max (I'm in U.K).
They're my first stop for my ejuice needs.
Buy their 'flavor creative' stuff instead of 'FA' and you might find the price better. FA has a minimum price policy on stuff sold under their label. (Which chefs complies with. Other vendors might not.)
Cheers I never knew that , I will check them out next time I need some supplies.
In that case - xpress flavor is FE. And reka/wrecka? Thats the Philippines brand... Chef's does several renames for similar reasons. There was a list compiled. Then there's chefs choice/rebrandedrange... I believe it's flavor by flavor, i know the devon cream is supposedly cupcake world.
They've a pretty good selection of FlavourArt concentrates and a few mixing widgets that have been out of stock or hard to find in specific sizes elsewhere, which was handy. Order was processed quickly, didn't have any issues. 1 day delivery to Ireland. Packaging was excellent, very secure.
Used them many of times due to the selection that IMO is the best in the world and had no issues with shipping to the States which takes around 10-12 business days.
Even with the change of the shipping method a while back it can be almost on par or cheaper than bullcity if you're smart when you hit their 20-25% off sales they have all the time. Due to their location different companies prices vary, for example FW/FA (basic) is expensive as hell where VT and others are cheaper than any site in the States so you have to take your time and work the conversions.
Get on their facebook as you'll get a permanent promo code along with special sales they have that they don't give out through their e-mail signup. Besides the code, a lot of the top of the food chain mixers hang out there and you'll gain good information and they will help with any questions as it's a good community.
People went there for Holy Vanilla (RIP) and FA Premium Custard but underneath the hood they have so many gems that's not well known. So if you're into custard then you can pick these up too, but keep in mind they wildly overdue the % needed for one shots, their own line, and others due to how they vape there, which needs to be corrected, because that's not the case anymore. Anyways, here are a few I'll list along with the "other" Devon cream which people get mixed up all the time:
https://chefsflavours.co.uk/welsh-custard-concentrate/
https://chefsflavours.co.uk/custard-cream-concentrate/
https://chefsflavours.co.uk/devon-cream-chefs-choice/
On top of that they have a crazy amount of one shots including p4p probably the 2 most popular juices in the world:
https://chefsflavours.co.uk/heisenberg-vampire-vape/
https://chefsflavours.co.uk/red-astaire-30ml-t-juice/
--- Props goes to their own line though with the excellent: https://chefsflavours.co.uk/blue-lush-concentrate/ -- Their others are decent too and they know what's up because they use WS-23 instead of Koolada.
Last but not least the mother of all juices if it's semi in your wheelhouse as I think it's the best single flavor out there:
https://chefsflavours.co.uk/absinthe-dv/ --- It's been debated back and forth to death but from the same company they have Crystal Blue which is supposed to be in Heisenberg. DV is spendy but those 2 are worth a pick up. Skip their licorice.
BTW: They rebottle almost everything so heads up if you're concerned about something like that.
I use them fairly regularly. Mostly because of the selection. The offer things I NEED and can't easily get elsewhere.
Great people. Flavoring prices seem a tad high - incredibly low-priced international shipping more than makes up for it. Usually takes more than a week but less than two weeks to get here, not bad considering it's going from the UK to Texas and I've had U.S. vendors take that long. No problems with packaging.
Super duper customer service. Probably have the most loyal customers of any vendor, for good reason.
I’m in the U.S. and have ordered from them once. Their prices seemed fair and they carry a lot of vape train flavors that are not available at any of the U.S. vendors. In addition to VT, Chefs carries the coveted FA Custard Premium.
Their international shipping prices are very fair and my 20% discount on 15 items covered the cost of shipping. They took 3 days to ship, but considering I ordered on a Saturday and during a sale, I feel like this was pretty fast. My order arrived about 10 days after ordering, so a shout out to customs as well lol.
I am planning another order through them during their next large sale.
Amazing vendor.
Prices are fair, not cheapest but the selection and really cheap international shipping makes up for that.
I've only needed to clear what i thought was the wrong concentrate being shipped and they were great, fast reply, polite and professional while still feeling friendly.
Packaging is OK, only complaint i have is some of their labels are kind of hard to read due to the color of the font being really similar to the color of the 'back image'.
Strongly recommended.
I've only just recently stated DIYing with their one-shots series (they also store other chefs recipes), and it's been great. Extremely kind people, fair prices, fast orders processing (they usually ship withing hours!), great packaging and superb customer service. I also have joined their facebook community group and it's a nice place too. I can't recommend them enough!
I typically order the rebranded FA from them and other brands not available in the US - pricing for that seems good.
Every order I've placed with them has shipped the next business day and, using non-trackable shipping, has arrived in a week to CT (shipped on Monday, arrives next Monday)
Customer service is outstanding. I've had to contact them twice - once for their mistake and once for my own. Both were handled very well.
I consider them to be the Bull City of the UK :)
Was given a free sample in my order which was removed sometime in between me chosing flavors and paying for it so I didnt get it which sucked. Couldnt even complain for not getting it because it wasnt in my order.
If you want tracking you gotta pay 2 pounds extra...
Other than that its okay. You get everything on time.
I absolutely adore CF, use them for anything I need and want. Not only are the prices good (I've only used 1 other vendor tho so can't say that much to compare), but their shipping is fast and their packaging is amazing (nice and tightly filled boxes with everything fitting inside, zero wasted space like most companies do).
I often browse the discounted section and grab some new things to improvise a recipe or two to change from my ADVs. Very rarely have I seen it out of stock and am really happy to say I'll keep on using this as my go to vendor. I'm UK based so receiving my flavours is no issue at all! Love them and highly recommend them!
I placed my first order with them last tuesday. Got emailed later in the day that it's shipped.
Not sure if they always have sale items, but right now 150 of them are on sale.
I'm impressed by their selection. 92.3% of what I ordered I'd never seen anywhere else.
Originally I went there looking for 1 item and walked away with 13. This was an hour after an order with BCF.
Price is subjective. Some items where cheaper and others were more expensive than BCF.
Back to shipping. When I ordered, I was content with the possibility of it not arriving till sometime in November. Past orders of accessories and tools from China taught me patience.
As it stands, they're now my go to for things I can't find on BCF.
I think they can be a little expensive. Compared to FS Ecig. I find the latter give 15ml bottles for just a little bit more than chefs do 10ml.
They also have not had many sales in the 6 months I’ve been mixing.
Their selection is amazing though. And I tend to make up any increased prices via only having to make one order. Wish they had more tobaccos though, like INW ones used in Brigade
Love these guys.
First order got held up at customs for a really long time, so tracking seemed to indicate it had gotten lost. Inquired if they had any better tracking info, was told they assumed it lpst and would resend. Both shipments made it to me about a week later. So pretty awesome there. They' ve been the only source I've found for some things, and they're consistently less expensive for shipping to canada than almost any US vendor (many of whom use bastard couriers who'll extort recipients) so while their prices are rather high (consider £1-=$2cdn) I believe I've ordered from them more frequently than any other. Customer service is as good as any. Prices are rough. Selection is ampng the best. Overall, one of the best vendors.
Have placed probably ~8 orders and besides one package taking almost two weeks (within Europe) I can only speak positively. Their shipping is SUPER quick (i mean "out of the door", travel times are not their fault), support is helpful and friendly, prices are good. Plus, their bottles are awesome.
I'd rate them at a solid 9/10. More shipping options (DHL, UPS) and they'd get a 10/10 :-P
