They let me keep the order that was wrongly sent(which was worth more than I lost in sales). They sent the next order next day delivery. They also finally *after I sent a message* apologized for the long delay and explained that with the flavor bans they were very backed up....not the best but understandable. Would have preferred they had done so without me having to reach out. and considering the size of my order offered something in compensation but its understandable and I still continue to do business with them and plan to in the future. I just hope this improves. I feel that there product and selection outweigh this at least for now and for me. Overall there a great company, I will say there freebase nicotine can be a bit harsh but that is not something that is a concern, its very easily worked with. I would recommend them to anyone there kits come in these great tubs that you can use after, they are SUPER NICE people. I have bought juice and juice supplies for about a dozen places at least and these guys have become more or less my main 90% supplier for both my personal juices and those I make for others in my "business".

Nicotine River is the place that got me started. I bought that starter kit about 2 years ago and haven't looked back since. I immediately switched to Bull City Flavors for everything since then just because of location; NR is on the west coast and BCF is on the east coast with me.

Nicotine River is great, though. I'm still using their VG/PG bottles from the starter kit, just refilling it every so often with VG/PG from Amazon.

The only complaint I had, and for all I know they could've fixed this by now since it was 2 years ago, is that they labeled their TFA flavors as "FA" or "Fa" for "Flavor Apprentice".

Otherwise, my experience was great overall and that starter kit is a great place to start for the fresh mixers.

I ordered $200 worth of nic/flavorings/bottles/scale. It took about a week to get to my doorstep. They forgot a few bottles, but sent them out very quickly. I'm sure they were swamped with all of the news about flavor bans etc.

The scale turned out to only weigh down to .1, so I asked them to return it. They refunded me the money and let me keep the scale.

Pretty awesome experience overall and their nic salts (smooth) are great. I've made ~50mg/ml liquid and it wasn't harsh at all.

Made my 1st DIY order through them and overall was good experience. Took about 4 or 5 days to get it actually shipped out once the order was placed. After that it was only a few days via FedEx to get to me. Was a decent size order of about $150 and ended up missing a bottle of NIC but everything else was there. Made a quick call to them about the missing product and with no questions asked they had a bottle sent out to me with apologies for their mistake and saying with the newly enacted flavor bans they were swamped with orders, which I understand. Got the 100mg Freebase Nic which had a slight yellow tint to it and was fairly smooth. After mixing it takes a few days of steeping for it to really smooth out but the bottle of Nic Salts that I got (also 100mg) was ultra smooth immediately after mixing. Packaging is what you would expect. The gallons of VG/PG were bagged separately as well as the NIC and the flavors were packaged to 5 or 6 30ml bottles in smaller baggies all boxed up with foam peanuts.

Overall I would order from them again if I didnt "need" something right away since they seem to have the best prices around even though other sites seem to ship the same day.

Overall they are really close to being a one stop shop for me, and for many they very likely can be. The bottle sizing issue is at times inconvenient but looking past that they get a lot right and have never let me down when a call to customer service was needed. The single biggest thing I would complain about is mostly out of their control, but the FedEx shipping speed that I have received at times leads me to believe that they move orders by bicycle courier across the country. Despite that, I will not hesitate to order from Nicotine River again.

Just placed an order with them a few days ago. I ordered 2 small bottles of their Hit Salt nicotine and of their regular freebase. Before that I was paying a premium for my nicotine, with shipping it was about $36 for 100ml of freebase. Top of the line stuff but it got pricy. I decided to give these guys a shot and as soon as I placed my order I realized I had made a mistake when typing in my address. I contacted CS immediately and it was not the quickest response, but about 36 hours later I received an email saying that my information was updated and now it's currently en route. Placed ~dozen orders from NicRiv without issue. Primarily for nic/vg/pg and bottles. I think they have the best bottles and packaging. Lowest or comparable pricing on most things (Flavorah being the exception). Flavor selection isn't as wide as Bull City. The exclusive Purilum brand has a few banger flavors. Starting size is 15ml for flavors. Biggest criticism is sometimes it will take days before orders are shipped (1-5 days). Always free shipping > $50. My only communication with customer service was positive. Shisha Strawberry was listed as out-of-stock. They quickly replied back saying they have over 100 liters on hand and it was a website issue (fixed minutes later). Makes me think how wonderful their facility must smell when someone opens the Shisha Strawberry (barrel?). Would recommend. Just a bit slow on processing your order.

I've ordered a starter kit from them and a batch of flavors and nicotine, no complaints, other than a bit slow shipping.

I have ordered from them twice now and I would order from them again. I was a little upset when my first order came. One of the bottles of PG had leaked and spilled on the contents in the box. Most of the labels on my flavoring bottles had gotten wet and it left them looking crappy. I lost maybe 1/3 of a bottle of PG from it. About a week later I placed another order for more flavors. The order was taking a while to ship so I contacted them and in that email, I let them know about the problems with the first order. They did respond with a simple “here is your tracking number, looks like it should arrive today”. They didn’t address my issues with the first order at all, so I just figured that wasn’t something they were going to do anything about. The prices are decent, the website is really slow, the customer service is nothing fantastic, shipping is pretty slow. From what I’ve read from others here, I think I was just unlucky.

The prices here are awesome. Their gorilla bottles, at the time I ordered, were cheaper than most vendors out there, VG/PG were as cheap as any other vendor I've seen, their nicotine is competitively-priced as well, and their flavorings were fairly competitive as well, although they're in 15mL bottles, so it's not a 1:1 comparison to somewhere like Bull City Flavors.

For what I needed/wanted, they had everything. Even when I just needed to add another $5 to count for free shipping, I was able to get some DIY flavors I needed to complete a clone recipe. For me, it's perfect.

I'm new to DIY and have ordered from them a couple times, just put in a third order. they have great selection and great website. i use nic salts wich is what brought me to them. I'm going for high nic pod style juice and tried the smooth nic salts, and i like it but just ordered the 'hit' version to compare. the 'smooth' version doenst have the punch that i'm used to from some of the commercial nic salt juices so i want to see which i like better. being new to this i don't have anything to compare it to, i'm not in love with my pod juices yet but i'm still dialing in what works and what doesnt for me.

Just placed my order! I love their website and pricing (free shipping is awesome). I was also able to find a coupon code online that brought my order to $100 for a complete starter kit (45 bottles, dark glass for nicotine storage, a gallon of VG, a liter of PG, 150ml nic, and 25ish flavors). They shipped the order within 24 hours as well, which was awesome. I ordered around 3am on a Thursday, and most places do not ship out until Monday in that case. NR shipped the next day. I’ve had good experiences with flavors and shipping times but I ordered some stuff a month or two ago and two of my bottles came broken. It was weird because one of them was just completely pulverized even though the box was undamaged. The other had a broken dropper, and the tip wasn’t clinking around in the bottle it was just missing so it was obviously packaged that way. They seem to have very poor quality control for certain things, the nicotine I’ve gotten from them has also been very brown and smelly. I don’t get a noticeable bad taste from it but I know that isn’t normal

The nicotine is really smooth, and they gave me twist top caps for the VG and PG bottles for free.

I ordered nicotine from them about 2 months ago and it was, to date, the most disgusting batch of nicotine I’ve ever received. This isn’t “oh it was hot while it was in transit” no, this had to have already been bad and then made worse by the heat. I had to wait once. It didn't bother me because I'm usually prepared pretty good. It was durring their big sale around the holidays last year. I contacted them and they told me what was going on. I think our scene is better because of NicRiver. They're a great source and a way to save a ton of money. Sure, they're not as fast as Bullcity. Everybody wants their shit right now. But if you can order knowing it might take a bit more time, NicRiv always comes through. 15ml flavor sample bottles for the price everywhere else charges for 10ml is nice too. Gotta give them another plus for that. Speaking of bottles, they have the best in the buisness. Great quality bottles for flavoring and really nice labels too. I don't know if anyone noticed but last year Bullcity lowered their prices on all of their Inawera Flavors. I made a post about it (NR low INW cost) on a forum and a BCF rep took notice. I said that I'll only get my INW flavors at NicRiver because they charged way less. It didn't take long after that, Bullcity matched their prices. Competition is usually great for the consumers. So thanks NicRiv for competitive prices. I've been hoping BCF would follow suit with the 15ml bottles but no dice as of yet.

I have ordered quite a few times from nic river, they have my favorite PG/VG for a reasonable price so I will continue to order it. They won't win any awards for order processing speed, in my experience they take 3-5 business days to get the order in the mail. I have tried their pur nic nicotine and it was fine but I very much prefer Carolina Extracts (it's the only nic I buy anymore). Overall my experience has been good if not a little underwhelming.

I ordered some PurNic back in February and it was completely unusable with a rotten grass clippings and kerosene flavor and smell. I contacted them and a replacement was promptly sent out to me and it was a 250 mg half liter to replace the 100mg 250ml stuff, it too was really nasty so I contacted them again and they refunded my money for the original purchase with no bs or issues. I did lose out on the materials used to make juice and also had friends who pitched in money for me to make their favorite juices due to my refunding their moneys. I still use Nicotine River for Flavors and supplies other than nicotine they have a great selection. No more PurNic for me though. I had two other nic purchases from them through a friend and one order was good decent nic and the other was usable but pretty rough to work with. I wish that they would find a better source for nicotine. Packaging - Solid. Nice thick mil bags. PET chubby gorilla bottles for flavors. Filled with delicious packing peanuts. Have gotten easily 250 flavors from them & have had 4 small leaks, 1 messy. 5\5

Customer Service & Response to Contact Great. Always respond in the same day to emails. If it's important or later in the day the phone always has gotten answered. Have answered questions on usage to order additions to bottling options. Never felt like I got a temp on the phone. 5\5

All in all my favorite vendor hands down. Check your cart for asterisks after any product: even one means you whole order will ship FedEx ground.

Bought freebase nic and flavors from them. No issues. Shipping time is pretty good to OR. Last order was in September. It took less than a week from the moment I ordered it to my door.

I like the variety of flavors and price. Site navigation is ok.

Not sure why I couldn't order ...spent over an hr and a half picking out flavors...only to have the site saying having issues...so we called and he said it only does that for banned states...well we weren't banned yet...said it was on our end ..and I just ordered from 2 other sites prior to ordering from NR..with no issues... Was a bit sad...

Prices - Excellent. In the past I've ordered a year of supplies in one swoop and it doesn't break my bank. I've done this three or four times, IIRC. Plus, the free shipping helps immensely.

Selection - Very good. The only thing they are missing is one flavor that I want, but I've never contacted them about it. I should. Otherwise, my order is always about as run-of-the-mill as it gets (Pur-Nic in various mg, PG/VG, basic flavors, a couple of containers), so they always have what I need. As far as I know the quality is good. It doesn't vary or taste weird.

Shipping Time (Out the door - don't blame the vendor for UPS or the USPS) - I've never had a problem with their shipping time. I generally get a notice that it has gone out within 24 hours.

Customer Service - Prompt and polite. I've only contacted them once via email.

Order Problem Responses & Resolution - Very good. I sent an email the day after order to find out if I could add an item. I couldn't because the order already left. I re-checked my email and sure enough, there was the ship notice. Their response was prompt and polite.

Packaging - Very Good. Everything is always well packed. I had a little problem with a flavor seepage, but that seems to be a common problem. Maybe it's because I generally order in the summer. I should probably order in cooler weather.

Customer Service & Response to Contact - As above, I've had minimal contact, but the little I had was positive.

Nicotine River is where i go when i need one of my larger orders because they are a little bit cheaper on a lot of things and their selection is good. I have had one problem with my order while using them, filled out a ticket sent in the pics and they promptly sent out the correct items. In all previous orders i have received a few extra things like a one or two 30mls of stuff I didn't order. My one complaint is the shipping, any other place i order has my shipment heading out within the next business day or so, nicotine river no so much my current order was placed the 3rd still hasnt shipped..... it's the 11th.

So all in all, i would recommend them but strongly warn about how long it can take to get it.

I ordered $269.00 on Dec. 2, My order still sits unfulfilled. This was my first order through them, Probably my only order. Shipped out on Dec. 12. It says I'll get it on Dec. 18. Bull City Flavors for me from now on, order is on my doorstep within 3 days
