So I made my first mix. It is 5% CAP Cola, 4% CAP Vanilla Whipped Cream, 1% CAP Fizz Pop, 1% LB Fresh Cream, .5% LB Sweetner. I like it steap for about 3 and a half days. I tried it a bit, taste ok but I am not getting an cream taste, just a sweet cola. Did I not use enough or would a few more says of steap time help?
From the little experience I've had so far, I've noticed it takes a week or so of steeping for cream tastes to show up. I made a pebbles with milk flavor, and all I tasted at first was the fruit. About a week and a half later I tried it again and it now had a cereal/milk flavor along with the fruit.
Looks like u are going for a vanilla coke . Seems too high percentages try 4% cola, 2% whipped cream, boost whipped cream with maybe 1% Vienna cream to round it out, 0.5 sweetener. You can try fizzy sherbet or champagne at .5-1% to add fizz I have not tried fizz pop total about 8% in a rda would be fine. Give it a try. If you have vanilla flavoring (Madagascar etc) try adding .5% vanilla has a tendency to start lower but then overpower try steep 7 days shake daily
Cap vanilla w.c. is best at 2-3%. LB sweetener is ethyl maltol which is the same as tpa cotton candy, which can mute things severely, and too much vanilla can mute things also. I would try 3% cap cola, LB cola freeze is probably the best cola around, i highly recommend it.
