White Chocolate Hazelnut - Cremino Bianco

[White Chocolate Hazelnut - Cremino Bianco] (https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/168432)

I haven't posted any recipes in quite a while as I have been extremely busy with a new business and a new baby, but I have been working on various recipes and profiles and getting some practice in.

So as a return, I would like to share a recipe I am particularly proud of - my Cremino Bianco.

Cremino Bianco is a white chocolate version of gianduja, an Italian confection made of roasted hazelnut paste and chocolate.

White chocolate has been my vaping white whale, as I have yet to try an authentic one (more on this is an upcoming post) but really love the taste and profile. As I was attempting to create one, I discovered that with a dash of hazelnut it really comes alive!

So, to create the white chocolate base, a mix of TPA & FW white chocolate, WF white chocolate milky cream and a bit of FW sweet cream. The sweet cream gives the white chocolates more dimension and makes it a bit closer to the real thing.

Bridge to the hazelnut with WF hazelnuts and cream, add a drop of TFA hazelnut and round the nutty flavour of with a hint of acetyl pyrazine:

WF hazelnuts & cream - 2.5%

WF white chocolate (milky cream) - 2%

TPA white chocolate - 3.5%

FW white chocolate - 2.5%

TPA hazelnut - 2.5%

TPA acetyl pyrazine - 0.15%

FW sweet cream - 0.7%

This recipe needs at least 14 days to develop properly, and if you can hold off for 3 weeks you will find it's sweet spot.

Please mix, enjoy and let me know what you think!

This looks stupid delicious. Thanks for sharing. Looks like I need to add some WF flavors to my next order since I don't have any yet.

Thanks, I hope you enjoy it! WF have some pretty unique and decent flavours, but some of them aren't that great...
