'What are you vaping?' Thread - Week of September 23, 2019
submitted about 6 years ago by c5b4c91772c729fc7d0a

This thread is for you to share what you are vaping lately, be it your own or another mixers recipe. Maybe you happened to stumble upon your new ADV in the September Recipes Thread? Or did someone recommend your first mix to you in the Suggest a recipe for my flavors Thread

Share what you liked or didn't like too much, but most importantly, please make sure to properly link to the recipe and to the mixer if they're on reddit.

If you need some inspiration, some websites keep track of your mixes and batches: e-Liquid Recipes and All The Flavors.

Also make sure to checkout last week's thread for inspiration or to follow up on a mix that turned out even better after a week of steeping! We keep an archive of all the past threads in our wiki as well

Happy Vaping!

Watermelon Spritzer from /u/phatpharm269's post a few days ago.

Very refreshing, as you would expect from a watermelon mix and the apple/pear/cactus trifecta pulls the otherwise candied watermelon a little more toward a realistic juicy melon. Wasn't sure what to expect with Fizzy Sherb used so low (0.5%) but he was spot on calling it a "wild card" as it seems to assert itself just enough to add nuance without distracting from the primary flavor--it makes an otherwise standard profile quite a bit more interesting and fun.

I give it a solid 5/7! Would mix again ;)

Per usual I'm vaping Fiestas & Fiascos, and also Grack Juice. I like their weirdness and haven't gotten sick of either in years. If you want something out of the norm, try these recipes. They're pretty amazing IMO. When I first tried them I asked myself, "What the hell am I vaping?" The more I vaped them, the more I started to really like/appreciate them.

Still vaping unflavoured. Still tastes like an ashtray from a Superfund site. I can take it, but pretty much anybody that doesn't have a strong tolerance for discomfort won't be able to.

I'm currently vaping a modified version of /u/foment_life 's Red Dragon

Mine is mixed:

- INW Cactus 1%

- TPA Lychee 2%

- TPA Strawberry Ripe 1%

- INW Shisha Strawberry 1%

- CAP Sweet Lychee 1%

- CAP Lemon & Lime 0.5%

All the sweet and floral notes of /u/Foment_life 's original creation with a little extra fresh and juicy ness.

Looks solid, though I notice a conspicuous lack of dragon fruit.

Have I let you down? :')

To be fair to me, I stupidly bought regular Dragonfruit instead of Pitaya and I feel like that was already letting it down.

INW dragonfruit is the same as INW Pitaya. Vendor naming is inconsistent.

If you mean you got TFA dragonfruit in there though, that would be a... Very different experience.

I need more lychee recipes from you because this is absolutely the best one I've tried so far and I just need MOOOOOOORE.

This sounds wicked but the recipe is sadly private

Fixed that for you.

10% Stixx Mixx Aged Burley and 3% TFA Black Honey. It's my first time vaping NET. My coils aren't lasting very long, but it's worth it.

Made something fruity to vape on while I have a batch of stuff steeping, which I'm vaping right now. Turned out pretty damn tasty actually.

5% TFA Watermelon Candy 2% CAP Cucumber 1% CAP Juicy Lemon 3% CAP Menthol 0.5% INW Cactus

No idea what to call it, but I get lemon and cucumber on the inhale with watermelon candy and menthol on the exhale. Diggin' it. Made it at 60/40 but would probably not change much at all with higher VG.

I'm gonna try this!

There are probably plenty of tweaks that could be made to it since I threw it together in five minutes, but hopefully you enjoy it. A different menthol might help a lot, but CAP is the only one I've got.

I'm still vaping a lot of Tropical Fruit Smoothie by /u/mlnikon . Almost out of it and that's a shame because another week of steeping has treated it very nicely. It gets creamier, smoother, and fuller. If you decide to try this I recommend ignoring the 3-day recommended steep on the recipe and letting it sit for 13 days. Worth the wait.

I'm vaping a fruit juice I threw together. 2% CAP Golden Pineapple, 4% INW Pineapple, 2%TPA Strawberry (ripe), 0.25% FLV Pink Guava, 1% FLV Sweet Coconut, 0.25% FLV Jackfruit, 0.25% INW Cactus, 3% CAP Sweet Guava, 0.35% WS-23 and some CAP SS.

It is forward with the guava, with a nice dense meaty juicy pineapple on the exhale. Will probably tweek it. But really liking its juicyness.

OK, I demolished 60mls of this in 3 days.

That sounds really good. Will try it after I get the missing ingredients.
