Old Mr. Salt-E salt blend provider?
submitted about 6 years ago by squanchy444

I have an obscure question, I don’t really expect anyone to know the answer to this but it’s important to me: For some reason, Mr. Salt-e was literally the only salt nic juice that didn’t make me feel sick. That is, until about a year or two ago when they changed their formula. When my stock from 2017 ran out, I tried several of the new plastic Mr. Salt-E bottles and they all made me feel sick like other juices do (headache, stomach ache, spacey feeling). They have definitely changed the formula since then even though the flavor profiles are the same. My guess is that the company used to outsource their salt blend from another supplier (i.e nic river), but became big enough that they have their own proprietary blend made just for them. Anyways, does anyone somehow know Mr. Salt-E’s old supplier? Or if there’s someone who has used Mr. Salt-e and can tell just by DIY experience? Or, if their old bottles are even available anymore? I know it’s a long shot, but It’s seriously important to me so that I don’t feel sick all the time. I can’t seem to get a hold of the makers of Mr. Salt-E, but I doubt they would disclose that information anyways. This is my first post here, thanks for any help you can give.

I would just ask Mr.Salt-E himself what has changed with the juice. His name is Brian Chrystal, just look him up on Facebook. I used to buy his juice direct before it was a big company before any of FDA guidelines through google order forms and from him on Facebook.

i've heard good things about LB nic salts. I've always used nic river and never had an issue. Maybe you could try a few companies and see which one you like and then, idk, you wont need to know which one that mr salt-e used.

Sorry, I've used Nic River Freebase before I switched to smooth salt Nic by Nick River so I have no experience with any other companies. Watching though. I wonder if you were to reach out to the company explain your medical necessity do the symptoms that any other Nic seems to present if they couldn't at least provide you with that information whether it be on the down-low or openly

Personally when I started with salts I started around 15mg and never got the nausea and now I'm up to 30mg and it's only when I'm driving and get lost in a song and hit it untill the juul gets hot telling me to go easy.

Mostly nic salts only make me sick when I vape 50mg and it's only a brief moment like a hunger pang in the morning when I skip breakfast. I'd say mix a batch at half as per usual and see if that solves your issue, maybe your just on edge lately and need to take it easy so as to not increase your tolerance.
