Hey, guys so im trying to get VG/PG locally since im not in the US i was going to buy my base from nic river but after asking some of my friends where i could find those things one of them sent me to where i can buy them now my question is.
What should i look for/ask to know im getting at least some decent VG/PG?
Propylene glycol can usually be ordered through a pharmacy. Tell them you compound. (DIY cosmetics, creams, serums etc)
Glycerin is extremely common for the above applications too. My source is a store in QC that supplies raw materials for candles, soap & cosmetics.
Do try and get the product info, MSDS sheets if possible via website or email to store/manufacturer. 99%+ and make damn sure it is not animal sourced. The other 1% is almost always water, as VG is hydrophilic.
I steer clear of soybean version and use coco palm but I usually catch flak for saying there's a difference :P
google soap and candle making in your place.
