Good Luck! This is a crazy time we live in - Pot being legalized, medications and smoking cessation vaping being attacked and prohibited all in the name of protecting those who shouldn't have them in first place.

Don't forget to check in with CASAA. Every state has their own chapter. Sign up! Tell your story there!(also) They need us!

Prohibition didn't make alcohol consumption safer in any way. That's not quantum physics but still appears to be above the cognitive level of many lawmakers and politicians. Those who don't remember the past are condemned to repeat it

Michigan: BAN VAPES KIDS WANT THEM

also Michigan: Hehe more weed shops than there are McDonald’s and they are on every corner

I think Whitmer has ties to big tobacco since big tobacco knows vape is killing their empire, if flavored vape goes away and people need the fix and go to light up it will skew ALL the statistics on “how many people smoke after they started vaping” and be used as a further bullshit claim against it

But it makes even less sense because big tobacco has already been buying up vape companies and pouring money into new products and advertising to get a new generation hooked. I don't even know what to think anymore, TBH

But it’s something they can afford to lose, and not only that, anyone can mix the stuff at home but not everyone can grow their own tobacco

Does anyone know the fallout that this could have on us?
I can't see how banning online flavors, VG, or PG could work, since those are products with many uses.

But what about nicotine?

Could online Nic vendors be banned from shipping to MI?

I'm super curious about this, because it's being marketed as a flavor ban, not a nicotine ban.

Bump for update. The organizers of the even realized that this was planned on a day that no reps will be at the location and also the day is full of school tours. Since we have an image problem. This will definitely not look good when the press reports on it. But now that the ban has gone in effect in Mich. The time to fight has long past and if you’re still waiting. You need to fight now more than ever. Good luck to everyone. If your state hasn’t proposed a ban yet. Don’t wait for them to get the bright idea.
