Question about vendor

I made a cart at Liquid Nicotine Warehouse. I checked out as a non member and and at the end it asked for age verification and it successfully went through. It thought for a second and then went to a cart is empty screen.

I expected a confirmation screen but didn’t get one. No email. Card not charged.

Does anyone know if this is normal and they maybe don’t send an email until an order is sent?

Edit: yay just noticed one of my flair suggestions made it.

Edit 2: Contacted them and received reply. No order showing. Must have been an error when it tried to submit.

No, it's not normal. Order confirmation screens and emails are normal.

Luckily your card wasn't charged because that really is not normal. If it continues to not have a confirmation screen or any e-mails, even after contacting customer service, then I would suggest going to another provider or source for nicotine.
