"LocoCoco(nut) for Caliburn" - caliburn port of Leche de Coco:

|Co.|Flavor|%| |:-|:-|:-| |FLV|Sweet Coconut|2.75| |FA|Coconut|1.25| |FA|Meringue|0.75| |FA|Fresh Cream|0.75|

This is an adaptation of this recipe, by /u/hashslingingslashur. It has been adapted for the Uwell Caliburn, a low wattage, pod device. I mean no disrespect to the original, its just that pod devices are weird.

Following notes:

 • Dropped TPA BC as it dillutes other flavours too much
 • Dropped TPA CGC because all I got was Graham Cracker from it. Tasted cardboardy
 • Upped most %s. At +10 days, the original recipe did not come out well at all on the caliburn
 • I've tested this at a lot of different levels. At 2x of original, it was a little muddled. With BC, it was very muted and flavour dropped off over time
 • Future change: drop fresh cream. It does not add much (contrast to meringue that adds that funky, deep and creamy bottom note
 • Future change: as a branch to the recipe, I think we need to sweeten the deal. Going to add TPA Coconut Candy

"Ciga-liburn" - calibrn port of Brigade 2506:

edit: just realised the original maker of this made this pod version too: https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/105181#brigade_twenty_pod_0_six_by_chemicalburnvictim

|Co.|Flavor|%| |:-|:-|:-| |INW|Dirty Neutral base|1.5| |INW|Classic for Pipe - Black|3.5| |INW|Cuban Tobacco|2.8|

This is an adaptation of this recipe. Same reason for adapting as above

Following notes:

 • This is my first attempt at tobaccos and this recipe
 • Basically applied a 1.4x multiplier to all flavours
 • As it has a 10 day steep time, I will probably dillute this down to 1.2x and then 1.0x and see how it tests
 • Might also do mix of DNB and Pipe/Cuban seperately to get a better look at individual profiles
 • /u/nabs199020, im very interested to know how your tobacco went!

Please may I ask a huge favour: how would you port the CAP Smango + FLV Mango + peach for a subohm vape (e.g. Falcon King)? Just got one and craving Juul mango!

Many thanks if you can help.

Yeah I'm gonna have to try that coconut with the cream fresh swapped out for Coconut Candy

by merze1almost 6 years agoCookie Crusader

did you try that variant without cream already and how did it turned out, if so?

by ID10-Talmost 6 years agoThe Kingmaker

Wow, I completely forgot about this the last time I mixed up some pod juice and tried a couple of other recipes instead. I think something is wrong with my brain.

I’ve got my pod Brigade in a Caliburn right now. Didn’t think it was too bad. But the Caliburn has a bit too much airflow for my tastes. Or a bit too little if I were to do restricted lung. How you liking yours in the Cali?

1 points

by noam_compsciabout 6 years ago

Pretty damn impressed. I never got into RBA or multi-battery mods etc, but I feel it matches performance for a lot of stuff like the Aspire Zelos (Nautilus 2). Decent flavour, great size. Better than the Juul by a country mile.

Im ok with the airflow tbh. What I hate is the button - misfired about 3+ times and burned out a few pods in my pocket. As I always inhale fire, I forget the button exists more often than not.

Also, spitting is annoying.

And finally when I press the button to get a draw and then inhale, the inhale over rides the button fire and that can be annoying. But I never use the button really so not that big an issue.

Ow and, if I could get 4 pods for £10, I'd be pretty happy.

by ChemicalBurnVictimabout 6 years agoresident tobacco expert

Whenever I do the inhale fire, it always gets a little choppy for me. Like I can’t suck on it hard enough to make it smooth. So I like having the button. Kind of a weird choice to have it fire both ways without the ability to turn one off though.

I’ve been using a Siren 2 for my MTL, so I’m just used to that airflow (smallest hole.) Feel like I don’t get as much flavor with the Caliburn because there’s too much extra air. So I end up trying to direct lung inhale, and it kind of irritates my throat.

Not too bad for a “grab on my way out” sort of thing though. Like for family events where you gotta sneak outside to get a few hits so all of your family doesn’t talk about how them Vapes are killing people. Works well for that haha.

You like the Brigade recipe in it? The original is my recipe :)

I mix up Custard Now by u/EdibleMalfunction quite a bit. I enjoy how simple the recipe is, and it made me want to create a simple shake and vape banana custard.

Company|Flavor|% ---|---|--- INW|Custard|1% VT|Banana Custard|2% TFA|Banana Cream|3%

Some flavor notes can be found here!

#1-2-3-4-5-cherry

% | Co. | Flavor ---|------|---------------------- 1% | INW | Marzipan 2% | INW | Cherries 3% | TFA | Cherry Extract 4% | RFSC | Cherry Taffy 5% | GL | Cherry

Cherry? Check.
Candy? Check.
Crack smell? No.
Bacardi's white? No.
Any other weirdness? No.

Finally, a straight up candy cherry that doesn't suck. Suck it, peeps.

Technical explanation: Marzipan tends toward cherry, but adds the candy sweetness (FA may be a better choice tho). Cherry Taffy ads to the candy vibe. And INW cherries, TFA cherry extract, and GL cherry are the best cherry flavors we have, and they bully the others to be a perfect artificial cherry flavor just like a cherry candy should have.

Great Lakes. Can be tricky to find.

Thanks. I have all these flavors, ALL OF THEM, even the Cherry Taffy, but not GL Cherry. I have never even heard of it. And I guess leaving it out is not an option. :(

Been getting fatigued with attempting complex profiles, so wanted something quick and easy I could enjoy while I'm steeping some experimental mixes. I just wanted a straight up Banana Milkshake with a little malt and good mouthfeel. This came out pretty well.

"Nana Shake"

Co. | Flavor | %
---|---|----
FA | Banana | 2
TPA | Bananas Foster | 1.5 FA | Cream Whipped | 2 FW | Graham Cracker | 1 DFS | Holy Vanilla | 1.5 CAP | Super Sweet | 0.5 LB | Vanilla Ice Cream | 4

My wife has really REALLY enjoyed this new mix of mine.

AppleSkits Cotton Candy 10% EM - TPA - .5% Fuji Apple - FA - 3% Rainbow Drops - TPA - 2% Sweet and Tart - TPA - 1%

If anyone else wishes to try it. PLEASE give me some feed back? I LOVE hearing compliments/CONSTRUCTIVE criticism.

Nice to see TFA Sweet and Tart getting put to use. I bought a bottle a long time ago and used most of it up with TFA Acai and FA pear. After that I just didn't see this flavor in anything so I never ordered it again.

I actually have a few recipes that I use it for. I usually keep at least a 30ml at all times. My biggest request is my Skittles V2. And that’s a main ingredient. Lol

Nut Again

 • 0.5% TFA Acetyl Pyrazine
 • 1.75% JF Biscuit
 • 2% WF Butter Pecan Pie
 • 1.5% FA Carmel
 • 1% FLV Cream
 • 0.75% FA Hazel Grove (hazelnut)

Profile: A nutty biscuit

Notes:

For the biscuit part, my obvious go-to biscuit is here JF Biscuit. I decided that over INW Biscuit, as I find INW Biscuit to be just a tad too dry for what I wanted to achieve here. To add a little pow-wow to the biscuit, I paired it up against a slight touch of AP, which helps the biscuit to feel a little bit more crunchy.

For the nuts, I went for my go-to FA Hazel Grove as I really enjoy the nuttiness it brings to the table and the slight taste of praline really works well in a nutty bakery type. I added in some WF Butter Pecan Pie to do a little dance with the hazelnut and it brings a warming creamy element to the mix along with some buttery and creamy notes, that goes really well with the biscuit.

Lastly, a finishing dash of FLV Cream and FA Carmel to add a further round touch, some rich mouthfeel and to help the warming touch.

Let it steep for a minimum of 2 weeks to get this recipe to reach its full potential.

Enjoy!

Even though the hot weather is starting to end, keep cool with my proudest recipe: Emerald City

A nice apple-wintergreen mix, pleasant and light, perfect for an all-day vape:

Co. | Flavor | %
---|---|----
FLV | Sour Apple | 1.5%
FA | Apple Fuji | 0.7% TPA | Wintergreen | 2.8% | WS-23 | 1.2%

That's it! Let me know what you think if you try this, or if you're one of those ancient masters who doesn't even see the code anymore.

#Pink Paradise

%|Co.|Flavor ----|-----|------------------- 4.7 | LB | Cherry Blossom Tea 4.4 | GL | Cherry .9 | INW | Elderflower

Okay, so I may have rushed the release of this to get the flavors out for the first order flavors, but honestly even now I'm liking this about as much, if not a little more, than Apple Blossom. A few tweaks and this is possibly the best relatovely simple recipe I've made. I have a couple simple variants in mind (one worh CAP Hibiscus to blend the flavors better, one with JF Lemon Juicy to bridge them, one with FW Blueberry to sweeten and fill it out, and one with just some stevia to boost it into full candy mode) but for now, this is still great. At least once it has at least six days steep. Before then its pretty ok, but seems lacking. If you liked Apple Blossom, while these flavors aren't quite as common, you should definitely get them and mix this up. This is easily just as enjoyable a floral candy type flavor as Apple Blossom, and I think better. And GL cherry is a must buy, and this gives you something to use it in.

Rust belt

|Co.|Flavor|%| |:-|:-|:-| |CAP|Toasted Almond|1.5| |DFS|Holy Vanilla|1| |FA|RY4|4| |FA|Hazel Grove (hazelnut)|0.25| |FW|Brown Sugar|0.5|

Vanilla caramel "tobacco" with notes of toasted almond. I’ve been chasing the cafe racer lucky 13 / lucky bastard RY4 profile. I can’t remember the original actually tasting anything like tobacco. It was just a pretty rich and satisfying RY4 profile. Working from sense memory here as I’ve not had the original for a few years.

This is a stripped back version; the original is said to have contained “13 flavours”. I’m not convinced about that. Although the versions I made with 13 flavours were delicious, I wanted to hit all the main notes with as few flavours as possible here. Like the original, this pairs beautifully with an IPA. My personal favourite pairing is the Gunpowder IPA by Innis & Gunn. But anything with Cascade or Citra hops will work well with this stuff.

Steep: works surprisingly well off the shake, but I’d suggest leaving it 4-5 days before digging in, as FA Ry4 does develop some interesting notes over time.

TL;DR. if you bought FA RY4 and don’t know what to do with it, this is a good way to use it up.

My mom discovered she loved bourbon-inspired vapes and asked me to come up for one for her (Hey she's 66 if she wants bourbon vape, she gets bourbon vape). This is the one I finally settled on (because she liked it a lot).

 • FLV Sweet Cream 1%
 • FLV Bourbon 1%
 • TFA Kentucky Bourbon 2.5%
 • CAP Sugar cookie V2 4%
 • Cap Vanilla Custard 3%
 • Cap Super Sweet 3% (she likes it sweet)
