VT chocolate mouse is pretty good. HS Australian Chocolate too. MB Glamour Chocolate. BF Chocolate Truffle. FLV Milk Chocolate. FA Cocoa is good as cocoa powder flavor, supposedly mixes with FA Chocolate to make a decent Belgian chocolate. Other than those, TFA DCC can be occasionally useful, but those are the main decent chocolate flavors.
Is someone using this in a recipe you want to try? I've honestly never heard anyone say that FW Milk Chocolate was good. What are you trying to do with it?
This guy fucks.
FLV milk chocolate is my go to.
Is FLV Milk Chocolate good? Also what would be a good pairing for that flavoring to achieve a good Milk chocolate recipe?
I like it solo at .5% but you could probably go as low as .25% and still get a solid flavor. If you want it to accompany anything else you need to go much lower. Like in this recipe https://alltheflavors.com/recipes/44374#hear_the_girls_come_by_id10_t
It’s for a tiramisu recipe i’hv found. The recipe is 4% tfa Bavarian cream 0.6% tfa coconut extra 1.85% fa cream fresh 1.25% fw milk chocolate 0.9% fa tiramisu 1% fw yellow cake
That recipe is probably from a few years ago. Percentages are too high and Coconut Extra was used low to enhance creamy profiles.
FW Yellow Cake contains fructose and isn't recommended any more.
I'd just abandon that one
I recently got some TFA milk chocolate and did a 4% test, it’s about 15 days old and it keeps getting better.
What is good pairing with this flavour?
Well i still haven’t tried any, but i want to add Acetyl Pyrazine (i love that shit), it may benefit from something like CAP Double chocolate and i feel it could go well with bavarian cream or maybe vbic.
Go on ELR and check for most common pairings for it.
