submitted about 6 years ago by Dskmbltdsmk

Sorry new to Reddit. Anyways anybody have any ideas on perfecting a strong sweet blueberry? I've been diying e juice for a few months and got a few great unique flavors but can't get the blueberry down.

Blueberry Trinity by u/EdibleMalfunction

2% FW Blueberry 3% TFA Blueberry Extra 0.5% FA Bilberry

Also look at the flavor reviews in the sidebar, there have been multiple blueberries reviewed!

Mate if you really like blueberry vapes there's no harm in building your arsenal. In addition to FA Bilberry and FW Blueberry - get CAP Blueberry Jam, HS Blueberry, VT Bilberry Ripe, and a nice lemon - something like FE Lemon (normally added at 0.25-0.5% to give a blueberry recipe a good kick up the @ss).

u/kindground made some interesting blueberry notes, and also recommends JF Blueberry, VSO Blueberry.

Yeah lemon really works good for bringing out fruit flavors. Makes for a great additive besides gotta have it for my fizzy lemonade haha

At Bullcity FE Lemon is sold as SC Lemon I believe. It's one of the best lemon flavors we have access to.

Have you any coolant? Heres a recipe that may give you some ideas.

WS-23 is a great additive for blueberry. Dont be wary of the term coolant. In my mind I always that "menthol", which I would never vape. But then I saw Viserion from /u/id10-t. Picked it up because he always delivers. So glad I have it in my arsenal now.

Add 0.25 to 0.5% WF SC Saskatoon Berry. It's a bit of a weird one - a Saskatoon berry looks sort of like a blueberry, but it's related to an apple. It has the high notes of a tart blueberry, and that lets it punch through a lot of accompanying flavours - think of it like the usual "add lemon" trick on steroids.

Thanks I'll have to play with that one if I get a chance to grab some. I tend to use Guava in the same kind of maner in some of my other juices.

What kind of blueberry are you looking for? Natural? Candy? Jam?

Probably more candy with a mix of natural. I have tasted premium juices that taste strong and sweet but mixing myself seems weak and if too much sweetener just burnt tasting

I really like FW blueberry as a part of, if not the whole of, a candy ish blueberry. From there you can pair it with FA bilberry or CAP blueberry Jam to lean in different directions

I've just got my VT Bilberry Ripe - apparently that goes great with FW Blueberry.
