It light and fluffy. Its has a kind of bright vanilla thing going on. I don't think of "cookies" when vaping it. But I've never had a creme brulee cookie either before. It's not a bad tasting flavor.

Kinda sounds like your typical WF flavor. I seem to remember their Peach Cream Pie has the same "issue". All peach and cream, not so much pie. But it's great though!

Well, the limited info I've seen, it's been used as part of a canoli shell(@1%), and to make a pie crust(@2.5%). So at a guess its a drier, spiced bakery flavor.
