anyone else having trouble getting the clearance price to show in the checkout?

It used to show that was getting 25% off before it asked me to submit payment and now its not doing that

Picked a few FLV flavors I didn't already have, and restock some larger bottles of things I use a good bit. Just made a large July 4th order, and didn't need to blow it out again. There are a few flavors they don't offer I'd like to get next anyway.
