Is there a difference between flavor drops and regular bottle flavors?

I see that CAP makes flavor drops with a nozzle in different sizes-10ml, 13ml, ect. I've only ever ordered the CAP bottles with no nozzle at 15ml and 30ml. Is there a difference in concentration?

Same concentrate, different packaging. Capella's offers 13 ml bottles in original packaging (LDPE w/ conical tips) but vendors tend to rebottle larger sizes.
