It's been a while since I last posted a recipe here, I can't do it as often as I like, as some forumlations may get used in future commercial releases but I've been enjoying this one a lot. It's been developed for MTL use, so this may not be quite so nice when using higher wattages or large coils.
DIYFS Holy Grail RY4 - 8%
LB - Vanilla Ice Cream - 5%
TPA - Vanilla Swirl - 2.5%
FW - Butterscotch Ripple - 1.5%
This is a very simple recipe, I don't think it needs much explanation in terms of flavour notes. Holy Grail brings a rich caramel, a little vanilla and the slightest hint of tobacco to the mix. LB Vanilla Ice Cream serves as a simple creamy base to round off the sharper edges that come with Holy Grail being so high. Swirl adds more vanilla and more cream, enough said. Butterscotch Ripple adds a slight syrupy connotation to the caramel note, which I like in this context.
The end result is a caramel ice cream with a very mild hint of tobacco, an easy all day vape for me in a Kayfun at 15W, usually mixed at 50/50 VG/PG as a 12-15mg/ml nic salt.
It needs a little steep to properly develop, 2 weeks is where it starts to shine but the longer the better, in my experience!
Man, just looking at that looks good AF. Try playing with TFA pistachio, TFA cinnamon danish swirl, FA marzipan, FLV Milk & honey, TFA banana nut bread, and/or FA almond. And like you say steep, steep, & steep.
Pistachio works great here, can be added at 2% no problem ;)
It does make the profile a tad heavier, though!
do you know about DIYFS Holy Holy Grail RY4 going to V2?
I'm definitely making this as soon as my Holy RY4 arrives!
