Ive mixed this recipe several times and it has always seemed muted. My current iteration is 6mg salts, 70/30. Made 40ml, added 1 drop of super sweet and .1ml of ws23. I get a very brief taste of lemonade on the exhale. Tried in my dropdead and my alpha tank, dual mesh coil at 70w. Am i just expecting too much flavor? The little im getting is pleasant but it doesnt linger at all and im not finding it satisfying.
Edit: mixed it and mixed it and mixed it some more. One of my lemons has to bed bad. Mixed a couple other recipes up fine. No matter what i do to this one im getting nothing.
Are you letting it steep? If so don't. Vape that shit within 72hrs.
Good on.
I couldn't wait so I went ahead and mixed it. I used a different nic base cause I ran out of the other. Left out the ws23 and cap ss. Uh I think it got worse. I can't really taste much of anything, a very tiny hint of sweet lemon.
I'll finish this tank and do one more after the cloudiness in the liquid fades.
edit: should mention that I accidentally tripled it at 2.25% roughly.
Hmm. At LA Lemonade 6, FA Lemon Sicily 2, you have full on basic lemonade. I can definitely taste the Lemon in there, especially at zero steep.
You should at least be tasting the raspberry, or the strawberry (Nestle's Quick! I'm not a fan of TPA Strawberry).
Anybody else out there have any ideas?
It's almost as if something is muting the whole mix, I'm shaking my flavors well before use, precision scale. The flavors smell pretty ok, LA Lemonade smells like a fake lemonade. The sicily is harder to pick out but I get a hint of real lemon. Raspberry and Strawberry smell amazing. I don't think it's the nic as I've used 2 different sources. Think maybe a bad flavor muting everything, or is it possible to have bad vg? I'm going to just mix each flavor at 5% with like 1.5mg/ml nic so I can burn through them and figure this out.
Try this and add something pink. You can add sweetener or WS-23 if you want. I love it for a lemonade mix, its very Country Time.
I find a lot of DIY recipes rather low in flavor compared to commercial. I always test in my RDA and modify the recipe until the flavor is just a bit "too much" for that RDA so when I run in my RTAs, they're perfect.
Try the same recipe, but multiply the ratios by 1.5.
